They never clean my tears they kept making different appointments I didn't like that I had gas when I'm out of town and I need my stuff cleaned that never never create my tears I had an appointment and they kept rescheduling oh that was a big disappointment with me so still with the chairs and not clean so I don't know I might give them another shot and I might not I haven't thought about it but I know that was bad business by not taking the appointment that I set up they never did try to clean the tears they made another appointment like two times so I didn't even bother the third time to try to call them back

Highly recommend K & L. Our couch had numerous stains that I could never get out. Kevin removed all of them and did a great job. Good communication and service.

As a new mom, i wanted to make sure before the winter i had the duct vents cleaned and Mr. Kevin provided us with a very reasonable price! Unfortunately due to Covid-19 I have become unemployed! He was more than understanding and due to my situation he refunded my deposit! “He didn’t have to do this”because his time and blocking off his calendar is money! But i am forever grateful and highly recommend him. For this small gesture and good faith shows compassion and understanding! We are new to the area and feel lucky that we were able to find him.
Our carpets are amazing and the doors from the previous owners pets are gone. The stains they left behind are gone as well. He pretreated, cleaned and scotch guarded the carpets. We absolutely couldn’t be any happier.

I've used k&l for years. Finally cut ties. Won't pick up a tissue off your carpet so make sure everything is off the carpet or will clean around it. We own multiple investment properties looking for another cleaner.
