Glad I read the reviews on how to get in here. Even with sign that’s hella confusing to get in here. You think it’s someone’s driveway.
As far as the dock goes that wasn’t hard at all. Circled around and one shotted it straight in. Been in a LOT closer and worse docks than this.

They claim that the wood is pressure treated but most of the split rails 10 years are rotted and they are nowhere's near constant contact with moisture and many of the two-hole ground post have just rotted and broke off already they tell you they do not guarantee it but this is not typical for treated lumber
