6Love this vet and the staff. This vet has been in the family 30+ years.
The assistant lori is very rude and uncalled for and looks like she just works for the money not to actually help the animals but for next time I want to make sure I get someone else the other vets and assistants seem very nice especially I think her name is summer I might be wrong on the name but she was very nice and polite and compassionate and I felt like I could trust her. THIS PLACE IS OUTRAGEOUS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMALS SO DON’T EVEN MIND TAKING YOUR ANIMALS HERE AND NO I’M NOT A SALTY CUSTOMER! I AM A DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!
Said they would call me when it was our turn, never called me and it’s been over 24 hours. I need my dog to have her shots up to date especially since we live in an apartment. Seems unorganized if they “forgot” to call or misplaced my information. Either way they failed to get back to me after we checked in.
Omg I highly recommend them. They were so kind, compassionate, and thoural. Saved our kitten Zeros life. I'm so grateful and thankful.

My fiancé was walking our dog when another came charging at him out of no where and attacked him. It took my fiancé and a neighbor to get the dog off of him. Kantzer seen him immediately and kept him for several hours for observation in case he went into shock. They took good care of him and the entire team was so friendly!
