My first time i have been here. My experience was great. The ladies were very nice and kind. My hair got done right on time appointment on time and she braids fast. I will be returning and this will be my only place to go get my hair braided. I love my hair nice and neat. I do recommend this place. Thank you ladies i will be back soon

A little pricey, but I and happy with the hair style, and I think I only spent about 4 hours at most. The hair stylist was very nice

I spoke with this lady sent her a picture of my hair she text me back said your hair isn't short I can do it it's going to cost one hundred and sixty dollars I said great told her how far I was coming from and to expect me at 10: 30 am once I got there she said my hair was to short and she need 200. Keep in mind I already reserved my appointment by sending her 30 dollars. I said we have been talking a few days why you didn't tell me that. She started talking that African talk I just looked her at her so I said what about my 30 dollars then she said it was to hold your appointment like she had some line down the street waiting for her services. Yall I had to leave immediately cause she had the right one on the right day God thank you for the change cause I probably be sitting in the back of a police car. All she had to do is tell the deal up front. Never go to her ever

After driving over an hour to get there I was seated by the worlds cutest little assistants and offered to have some of her juice box (little momma going places) I was started on within 15mins. I got in the chair at 3 and was heading home before 8. I love how my hair turned out and will be going back, thank you ladies so much

She was on time and fast. It was a pleasant place to get my hair braided. I will definitely go back!

I'm a new client. Although I had a specific style in mind, Kany suggested a better style & what type of hair that should be used based on the condition of my hair. I am a "retired" licensed stylist & appreciate her honesty. She was fast & did not have small sections in the front & big sections in the back. I absolutely love my hair. It was such a peaceful experience & I felt safe in the salon, no one could just walk in selling products & basically harassing the clients as you see at some places. I will definitely return again & again! Kany fully understood the assignment. (Smile)

I've been getting my hair braided here for about a year now. Ms. Kany is very professional, the atmosphere is relaxing. So many people have told me that they couldn't do my hair because it was really short in the front. That was never the case at Kanys. My hair has grown tremendously since coming here. We were first time customers, and we also drove over an hour away to get our hair done. We saw their reviews and decided to go. We were running late and called to inform the stylist (she said ok and thank you). I got Senegalese twist and my husband wanted zigzag corn rolls. The stylist that did my hair wasn’t quite informative about the price. We ended up getting that worked out. However my husband wasn’t satisfied with his hair nor was I. He got this style done in NY and it was beautiful! The girl that did his hair zigzagged the top and braided the back straight down. The braids were fat and ugly…. For $80. Once I saw how the braids were going I mentioned it to her. She began to argue with us, saying “We don’t do that here”. We were so confused because we didn’t ask for anything outrageous. I thought that they were professional branders! She was upset that he wanted it braided right. So I tried to step in and reason and try to smother some of the misunderstanding. However she braided his hair again, full complete zigzag braid, after being shown a picture of how the braid should look. This is the result! Clearly not what we wanted nor expected. It was very clear to us that this girl was no professional! The stylist who braided my hair had her baby there. She had to keep stopping to o tend to her, which didn’t bother me so much. But she changed the baby’s diaper and didn’t wash her hands. She may have used hand sanitizer while I was turned in the chair, however there’s nothing wrong using sanitizer but she should have washed her hands. Point is this is my husband and I first and last time there.

I went there to get my hair braided and they were very unprofessional. I was in contact with one of the stylists via text and she did not mention to me that I had to pay to get my hair done before my hair was done. She had already started braiding my hair then proceeded to tell me that I have to pay my service in FULL before my service was completed. That would be like me going to target paying for a purse before I looked at it. The owner was very rude and unprofessional and told me that I could leave if I did not want to pay for my service before it was finished. She said they make money there and they did not need me bringing drama. I do not recommend!

Braids turned out nice and wonderful loved my braids until they started coming out within 4 days I lost about 10 braids reached out to get them put back in and they never done so

It was my first time getting my hair done and I was so pleased that I'll be returning. And recommend this shop to any one!
