I listed my home for sale “As-Is” expecting not to do any more repairs, but ended up doing over $300 in touch-ups and repairs. Wish she would have stood up for me better, because some of these happened at the last minute and caused me incredible stress and anxiety!

Also, she’s a single mom, and I understand that, but when she would call me her child was right there talking/fussing making it difficult for me to hear her and concentrate on what she was telling me. Then at the Closing she brought him there, and he was running around the room, making noises, all the while she was on her phone - ignoring her child. I felt that was very unprofessional.
