Karen and her assistant Janice were wonderful to work with. They were always available to show me homes and were very patient in the purchasing process. I highly recommend both of them when it comes to buying a home.

The whole process went pretty smoothly. I used Karen as a buyers agent. She was very helpful in doing the short-notice walkthroughs and offer. She stayed up until 11: 30pm talking with the other agent to get an offer in. The only criticism is towards the end there, things seemed a little unorganized. And she did take leave without notice. It was a little surprising to hear from her assistant that she'd be gone for a week during the process. I would have liked a heads up on that. Otherwise, it was a smooth process!
