Karnik On Black, Waterville OH

This was our 10 month old puppy’s first time boarding and Karnik was an excellent choice. Their facilities are awesome and the care they gave him was outstanding!

We have boarded our puppy, Chip, overnight several times and have been very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the whole place. He loves to go back, so I think that says something in itself. Had him groomed there for the first time today and he looks so adorable! He was way overdue for a haircut, so I thought he might come back shaved, but he did not. ” And I love the organic homemade treats that they have available too. He always gets one as a reward for being a good boy!

Great facility and wonderful staff. They care for my pups as if they are their own. Highly recommend for daycare, boarding and grooming.

I can not say enough how much we love Karnik On Black! Clean, professional, welcoming and caring. Doc has a great time hanging out with his friends at daycare and even loves the monthly parties! The grooming they have available leaves him looking fresh and clean. So many options for your pup and I’m so grateful for the amazing staff who take great care of Doc! You won’t find another place like this one!

Had my Buddies stay there while I went to Branson MO. Had a good time. Cameras allowed me to look in on them 24/7. Got bathes and plenty of personal play time. They love Karnik on Black. And it makes my trip easier when I know they're being treated right

I have been boarding my dogs here for several years. The team is friendly, efficient and they care! The facility is clean, organized and you have several options to chose from, daycare, grooming, boarding, special events for your pets and cookies too. So many great things to chose from for your pet.

I used Karnik to board my cat while I was on vacation. Karnik absolutely loved her and said she is welcome back anytime! They treated her with care and love. They are extremely responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. Overall, I would recommend Karnik to anyone and everyone!

Cut off white ear hair specifically ask to leave, shaved down on left leg, choppy cut, expected a smoother cut. I'm not sure if Bo was difficult, didn't get to talk to groomer, hopefully next time better

We love Karnik! The staff is so friendly and I know our dogs are in great care while we're out of town. They're always so excited when we drop them off for doggy daycare!

We boarded our dog here for a few days. They seemed to take good care of him, and I would board him here again. We boarded him in a luxury suite and greatly appreciated the camera in his kennel so we could check on him anytime. The only thing that threw me off was that the pictures on the website showed a cozy, soft bed but in reality he had a trampoline-like cot. He didn't like the bed and wouldn't sleep on it, but after a bit it looks like staff realized he was sleeping on the floor and gave him a blanket, which I thought was very sweet of them. I was a little disappointed about the bed situation, but next time I think I would just ask if I could send him a bed or a blanket so he was more comfortable. Otherwise, no issues.

Great experience boarding my 6 month old boxer mix puppy for the first time ever. Easy to make reservation and pick up. Excellent service and puppy came home happy!

I’m so glad we chose Karnik on Black. I was initially so nervous to have our dogs boarded, however, after meeting the staff and seeing how good the dogs walked right in, I was at ease. They took great care of my babies and I’m so happy we chose them! Our dogs did great!

We love Karnik! Everyone there is so nice and treats our fur baby like part of their family.

Karnik on Black have the nicest people. I have two baby Chihuahuas and they're so excellent with Petie and Chewy. I felt guilty leaving them, but I know they take such good care of them. I've even had the staff member send a picture of them both, so I would feel better seen them. My vet, in Holland Ohio recommended these folks. Her love of animals it's so nice. She would not let me take them to anybody else but these folks. I feel the price of the daycare is really reasonable because of the sound of mine. Again, thanks to everybody. My dogs are home today, a little tuckered out as they like to bark in tune with the other ones. Thanks again. Trish

We took our Robbie in for his first grooming at Karnik. The reception area was clean and the staff welcoming. He was done when promised and looked great. We thought $100 for a 22 pound dog was a bit much. Knowing this we will probably return because appointments don't take weeks to get and he didn't seem stressed when we picked him up
