Katie's Clean & Green Laundry, Lakewood OH

After being a loyal customer for years, I went in today to wash some cushions I didn’t make it pass the door when I was confronted by a incredibly rude lady I’m assuming the owner who told me “the machine would explode if I washed those cushions”. Went to Spin Cycle down the road no problem. Don’t come here. They are rude and unhelpful

Love this place. Always service with a smile. I drop off and pick up. The price is good and the locations convenient.

This is the greatest place in the world to get your laundry done. I hate laundry, I take it there in a big black garbage bag, when I get it back, it's all clean, neatly folded, everything separated into their own bags, and my socks are all matched and put together. The staff are the friendliest bunch of people you will ever meet, always with a smile and a good word. As long as their doors are open, I will never do laundry again.

The only laundromat I frequent. Especially for the big machines that also dry your clothes at the same time. I use it for my big bed quilts and such. Nice clean place and well maintained.

Place is nice and clean. And the washer and dryers are new and the placd is well maintained. Affordable place to do your laundry. I highly recommend it.

I've been coming here for years and overall it has always been a good experience. Although I would recommend if possible you go in at night instead of during the day if possible. During the day there is this miserable old woman who works there who will yell at you for breathing the wrong way, I could understand if you told someone something in a nice manner but this old bat has the worst customer service skills ever and in my opinion should be fired. I'll keep my business there at night! That way I don't get rekt the second I step in the door.

There isn't a better to do ones laundry than this 100% clean friendly on purpose staff is always helpful from beginning to end very reasonable and extremely safe

Dropped off a down comforter to get clean today at 3, very reasonably priced and was told it would be a 24 turnaround to get it back. I got an email at 9 the same day letting me know it was ready.

The staff are always super helpful and kind. I've done so many dumb things at this laundromat and they never give me a hard time and they're always happy to help fix my mistakes. They're always cleaning which really puts me at ease during this scary time we are in. Thank you!

I have become a regular here and have nothing but good things to say about this place. The staff are always so helpful and always working either behind the counter or out on the floor cleaning. I am always impressed by how clean the place is considering how busy it is every time I'm there. The prices aren't the cheapest in town but I don't mind paying a little extra for the extra work they do there to make this place great!

Best place to do laundry if your close. Its clean and professionall. They have good vending machines. They have a combo machine that take 80mins to wash and dry. U do have to pay to dry here but its woth it for it being a nice place.

Helpful and friendly staff. Everything there takes credit cards as well as cash/coin. Always clean and plenty of seating.

Katie's is great! The employees are always nice and willing to help whenever you have an issue. Once, I lost an earring and one of the employees kept it at the desk for me! So kind. The washers and the space are well kept and clean. They also have so many options of large and small washers and dryers. If your looking for a great laundry mat, this place is it!

Been coming to Katie's for a few years and I always love it. Clean, fair prices, staff are friendly and helpful and always a place to sit. Toy area for my kids, and enough outlets for my laptop to be anywhere. Very convenient for a working college mom

Free wifi, clean facilities, plenty of outlets if you want to bring a laptop, and machines can take credit cards. Parking can sometimes be a little tight, but it's worth it even if you have to find street parking.

I was profiled by the women behind the counter. I asked for $10 in quarters. She told me " we don't sell to the public". I told her I was doing laundry. No apology. I just asked her for the wifi password, nasty, with her nose actually in the air. With an eye roll. Rude & nasty. Prejudicial. Avoid. I will in the future. First & last time here.
