4Very poor communication, no return call after several attempts. After three weeks of waiting we were informed they could not review a simple document in a timely manner. Unprofessional. Would not recommend.
I spoke to Mark Florence on Friday to have him prepare a document for me. Unbelievably, it was in my mailbox the next day. Mark was very pleasant to deal with and I would definitely use his services again!

We found ourselves unexpectedly in need of custody and guardianship representation. Mr. Robert Kaufman proved to be extremely knowledgeable in all areas as well as very personable. His established relationships with the Warren County Court system and personnel helped tremendously in making the process as smooth as possible. Mr. Kaufman was also able to relate to the children, explaining what would happen, how they should respond in Court, etc.and gained their trust and friendship. We were also able to take care of estate matters for ourselves and the children. In addition, Mr. Kaufman’s staff was very helpful and very responsive to questions, emails, etc. I highly recommend Kaufman & Florence for all legal matters.
