Thank you Kay's. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. After 30+ years my engagement ring was needing help. They were able to do a custom remake of my original ring. I was very happy with the new piece.

The staff at the Grove City location (Tia and Jordan) are extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning to this location to purchase more items. I enjoyed the shopping experience.

On 4/18/21 I was told by Andrea Kisner, I couldn’t be in the store because I didn’t have a mask on. I’m exempt, section 1300 code of ethics is discrimination, I will be in contact with Bbb and the attorney general. Rude and pointless

Poor customer service. I was just having a repair made here on a ring purchased at Easton, so no buying experience, but the experience working with their staff was less than desirable. Ring not ready twice when promised, no calls from staff with updates as indicated, and no one seemed to know what was going on when I did call. I’ll stick to Easton next time.

I went in looking for a watch, I was greeted at the door by a young gentleman named Jake. He asked me about what I was looking for and helped me find a watch I loved. He was very knowledgeable about watches and you could tell he genuinely enjoyed his job and our conversation. I defiantly will be back to buy from Jake! The other staff was very friendly as well.

I went into the store in July looking to discuss and order a custom piano engagement/wedding ring. I was helped by Rebecca from the Springfield store. I came in the first day todto it and came back the next day to go forward with everything. In the store, she was informative and helpful. However during the process of getting the ring and it being made, the communication was not consistent. There were times where I had to contact her to receive an update. Because I had never done this before, I went with her word that she would contact me regularly when things changed. I was informed that the stones that we originally agreed on for the black keys were not able to be found so they needed to be changed. Which was okay with me. I was very understanding that we are still in the middle of pandemic and certain things will take longer and possibly not be able to fit my order. I picked up the ring last week and it was very different than the pictures I was shown. In the pictures, the black stones were very dark and looked black. The small keys on the ring, however, are gray so it doesn't quite look like a real piano. When I picked up the ring I was informed by the Polaris employees that the stones would not be able to be used for the black keys because they were so small and the stones would have broken. I completely understood that. However, I was never informed that the small keys would look so different than the picture I was shown. Rebecca never told me that the material they chose to use could only get so dark and was not able to become a dark black like the picture. My issue with the whole thing is the communication. It was never communicated to me how different the ring would look so I went into the store with an expectation that was not met. I was actually quite disappointed because I custom made this ring and may have made a different decision had I known it would not look like I wanted it to. The employees explained to me as best they could that it was just not possible for the black keys to be darker. I completely understand that but it's the principle. That was not communicated to me by Rebecca, the manager at the Springfield Kay Jewelers, the person that was handling my ring order. I picked up the ring about a week ago and contacted her about it like she ask me to after I picked it up but I have not heard back. The ring is a nice ring but not what I signed up for.

I was in a put a pair of large solid gold hoops in layaway and had made payments on them. I had family emergency and had to leave town and notified Cristina, that I would be in to make my payment as soon as I got back in town. I got back in town and called to tell them I would be in to make a payment and the store manager notified me that they had sold them. I instantly became upset and asked for the customer service number. I called customer service and explained my issue and they called the store manager and he told me that he would reorder me a new pair. After about 8 days of waiting on cliff to call with my new earrings. I stopped in the store and Christina hands me a pair of large homemade looking hollow hoops. I told her that's not what the original earrings looked like and definitely was hollow. She then tried to convince me that they were the same. I called the next day and spoke to Cliff and he said the same that those were the same hoops. I know the quality of the first pair of hoops and I'm very disappointed and upset that they would try to make me pay the same price for the. Very dishonest people and not very nice. I will continue to call customer service until this issue gets resolved. If I wanted hollow hoops I'd go to Walmart or family dollar.

My $600 necklace clasp broke within the first year of purchase. My husband bought it for my birthday and did not purchase the warranty. The manager Clif basically told me that’s too bad, and I should have paid for the warranty.
While I understand that you take a risk when you don’t purchase the warranty, I also feel that a moderately expensive necklace should last more than a year before needing a $220 repair.which is what Clif quoted to buy the warranty and get the clasp fixed. I am disappointed in not only the quality but also the poor customer service. Kay Jeweler’s has always been excellent.
I called and spoke to Farha, a representative with corporate. She also called and spoke with the manger Clif at the Polaris Mall Location and he was not willing to compromise on the repair costs.
Farha sent me to the Dublin Tuttle Mall location where I was assisted by a kind manager and associate named Jelani. Corporate credited the Dublin store a portion of the repair cost and I only paid $35. A very reasonable price. The customer service was like night and day.

Had to bring my ring back into store for remounting, which they had to send out to get repaired. 5 weeks later, still no word from store about it so called store to find out it was still out of store & no where near being finished.told them we wanted ring back to go somewhere else to get it fixed.got the run around.after sale service SUCKS! The only reason they got a star was so I could post this review!

This review is like 3weeks late, Its better late then never. So let me start off by saying the whole staff at Polaris is awsome. That Cliff is 10stars for me. My husband bought me a LeVian for valentines day, well that ring was not my best friend at all I had to return that ring 5 times before I said screw it i have to get a different ring! Cliff was so patient with and helping pick out the best suited ring for me. He went over and beyond with the price of my new ring as well to compensate for all my troubles. Im not a big diamond store kind of girl but if I ever find the need for something else or if I want to buy my kids their first, I will be going to Kay and asking for Sapphire (my SA) or the Cliff them 2 were the best

Spent enough here on Christmas to rack up 1k in rewards dollars. Come to find out, they expire only a few weeks later. To think I was about to make another big purchase here. Haha. This shows that it’s better off to purchase from a local jeweler, this place is as shady as it gets.

Very friendly. Have switched to paperless and when I get my rings check I get a reminder when to come in next and don't have to take my paperwork in.

Cliff was so fantastic working with me, I would change my mind regarding the jewelry that I wanted to purchase for my niece for her Wedding Day. He would never get upset with me changing my mind every other day.
Shelby is going to look beautiful on her special day with the diamond necklace & ear rings that I finally purchase.

I had been shopping around for a quality automatic skeleton watch for about a week trying to find the right watch at the right price point. I decided to give Kay's a chance. After being shown different options by a woman named Jen, I left to try some other jewelers in the mall. The service and knowledge was nothing compared to what Jen offered at any places I had visted all week. I was even willing to spend about $50 more than I had planned because of her service. It felt more like a conversation than a sales pitch. Will definitely do business again here in the future and will recommend to anyone I know looking around for watches.

I visited the Polaris location today, in search of a wedding band to fit under my oddly shaped and a tad bit bulky engagement ring. Not only was Cloie readily available and eager to help, but she was a total gem! Very sweet, funny, and listened to what I liked and didn't. She went the extra mile, comparing my engagement ring to practically all of the wedding bands in store and showing me which ones "flowed" nicely with my ring. Not only would I return to Kay's, but I'd probably insist on Cloie assisting me. Thank you so much for a fun and easy buying experience!

My husband bought me a beautiful wedding band yesterday & I came today to get it sized & my engagement ring cleaned! We have already spent about $7k here. I got here at 10am & it was not opened yet. I waited about 10min more minutes for them to open. Then this lady comes in as they opened the door & attend her first? !? Wow.i was so mad I didn't even want the ring at this point I just wanted my money back & get out of here! Maybe because I am hispanic or not dressed so nicely.who knows but I am a RN in an emergency room & work very hard with so many different people everyday & would NEVER want anyone to feel how this so called assistant manager Cloie made me feel)
