This store itself is nice but the company REALLY needs to fix their website. I’ve literally NEVER been able to order jewelry online. As soon as I do, I get an email saying my orders been cancelled due to inventory issues! Such a disappointment especially when trying to shop for a birthday gift for a loved one.

All the ladies at the Ashland location are fantastic and very professional. They make you feel like the most important customer they have especially Nakeya and Raquel. They made the shopping experience fun and easy. I will continue to get my jewelry from that location as long as those two are there.
