I’ve been shopping with Kay for a few years- something I’ve noticed is every store is not the same. The Greene outlet location has an absolute beautiful collection of fine jewelry and the customer service is always exceptional. This location is by far my favorite! Take all of my money!

We went in to upgrade my fiances' ring, the people were fantastic. We were there for two and a half hours looking. The patience they had was great, great working with financing. Will defintley go back for the next upgrade.

I had major issues with my necklace and really wasn’t feeling the best about Kay’s in Huber and came to the one in the Greene and still was hesitant about it but store manager Carol went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and had no issues with my necklace I can honestly say that if it wasn’t for her me and my wife would have taken our business elsewhere. So thanks to Carol we will return
