KAY Jewelers reviews
9We had a great experience at Kay’s, the whole staff was super friendly. Amber was especially patient and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend shopping here.
Me and my boyfriend went in to look at rings, and a woman named Jessica helped us decide what we wanted. She knew what she was doing and helped us through all our options. Really liked this store!
Best place for my girls' diamonds! They gotta be certified, and warranted! I LOVE that you're local and we're always greeted with smiles!
Beautiful young lady. She's always posting about the specials. Your lucky to have a beautiful soul.
Zoey @ Jackson Kay’s was absolutely amazing. So patient, kind and personable. I can’t thank her enough for help finding my dream ring!
Horrible customer service. The two ladies working refused to help my fiancé and I. They greeted every other customer that came in after us. We sat there waiting to be helped but they went to all the people that came in after us. Neither of them even acknowledge that we were waiting. Felt like discrimination.
Most of the time when I walk into this store, it usually takes a good 5-10 minutes to get a salesperson's attention even without any other customers in the store. A few days after Christmas, my fiance and I went together to exchage the chain that was included in the set he gave me for Christmas (purchased from this location, we came with receipt in hand) - the salesperson working right at the very front display case acted as if she was irritated and bored by our questions, made no attempt to help or come up with alternative options, and just kept repeating "You can just buy another chain for $500. " She also said that if we wanted, we could just return the whole set and wait 7-10 days for the refund to process, and then buy a new set in store, but we would still need to purchase an additional chain since they don't have anything over 18 inches in store. How does this make sense? To top it off, the older sales woman sitting down inside the display area kept bringing up how sterling silver jewelry was currently 50% off, but my set was gold - so not only was she oblivious and not paying attention to us, she assumed we were there for the lower priced items so I guess she figured we weren't worth paying attention to. It wasn't like they were busy, and the store was at least an hour away from closing time. The sales staff is rude, uninterested in offering actual assistance, and we're taking our money elsewhere.
My husband got me a beautiful pair of diamond earrings for Christmas and he said he had such a great experience with the staff here. They wrapped the box, etc in wrapping paper with a cute bow. My husband is a rough, rugged looking fella and the staff was there to help him and wait on him hand and foot. Definitely will continue to come here for any jewelry need. Also the earrings are just beautiful.
