I went in to get information to send to my new insurance company and the front desk receptionist was very helpful and kind!
I am so thankful that she took the time to help me!

I visited the clinic today for the first time for my appointment with Dr. Kohler. He and his staff are very professional and explained his analysis well. I was seen promptly and all were very professional. I've now found my new clinic.

Glenna was very professional and helpful. I will definitely be back to work with her again!

This place should be ashamed of the way they treat patients. Let you sit for hours upon hours! People coming in for appointments then being taken back and leaving before you and you've been sitting in the waiting room for an hour and a 1/2. I'd be embarrassed to say I work here!

Dr. Holzer is very knowledgeable and willing to spend time explaining your best care.
However, I will never buy glasses at the optical center again. ONE month to receive my glasses.

The wait is simply unbelievable. Don't know if they "triple book", but it is typically an hour to an hour-and-a-half wait AFTER having dilation eye drops. The waiting area is packed.like a third world country. If you should happen to need to reschedule it is an average of 6 months to get back in, and this is for established patients. Good doctors. IF you can get in.

Five stars to Dr. Koehler, the new opthalmologist. I have been seeing Drs. Sherman, Koso, Reeder since the 1970s when Drs. Sherman were downtown on 229.
Vicki, the helpful and wonderfully friendly optician retired in January: (. She has been "replaced" by a woman who told me that I had never purchased glasses there, they had no record, and then refused to let me browse, and laid 5 pairs in front of me. NO STARS TO HER! I have never been so rudely treated in my entire life!
I left without buying. I always buy glasses at every eye exam. She just doesn't know how to pull up old records! Please hire someone with patience who understands customer service! No wonder my friends no longer buy their glasses there! So sad.

Waited 2 hours to see the Dr.with an appointment. When glasses came the prescription was wrong. Staff is very friendly, especially in the optical store.
