Ten out of ten would 100% recommend! They are so trustworthy, honest, and genuinely good guys! When I was 20, heading to college I took my Pontiac sunfire to them and said fix everything single thing that you think should be. They called me and laid out a time line of things that could wait, and told me how much to budget for when it came time. Had I gone anywhere else it would have been thousands of dollars in unnecessary things. I read a newspaper article about them when I was waiting today, (they squeezed me in, to inspect a car I wanted to buy.literally 5 minutes before I showed up) and it said how they feel they can see customers out and look them in the eye, and it is so true. If you are a girl who doesn’t want the run around other places will give you, this is the place!

I got referred to Ke-Mas by two different tow truck companies. Absolutely fair prices, almost to fair which is amazing. Fast turn around rates, there was alot to do to my car and they only had it for 3 days I was impressed. I expected a week with how busy they are. I just had a ton done to my car and it was still more then reasonably affordable for what I had done to it and I would absolutely recommend and still use them in the future and would've given 5 stars because they were amazing to my vehicle and budget.

The reasons they only get 4 stars instead of 5 from me is:

I am a woman and I have worked with cars before, extensively. I did feel like there was one guy there that was patronizing, belittling to women, and even told me that I didn't know what I was talking about. When I asked for both sides to be done he told me it didn't need it. Anybody that knows anything about cars knows that if you replace one side and not the other that'll be the next thing that goes out. Plus, rust and who the heck only replaces one side of the front end? I also wanted the tie rod and sway bar done which he said really didn't need it, but it was making a lot of noise before and isn't now so. After all that was done I then asked for my emergency brakes to be fixed because the cables had snapped. His words were "You don't need to fix your emergency brake most people don't use it anyway, it's a hard thing to get into. " At this point I did use my mom voice a little bit and I demanded that the work get done on my vehicle that I requested since I was paying for a service. This is the car my children ride in I want it safe. I knew what was wrong with it. I park on a hill so I do use my emergency brake, and the emergency brake is not actually that hard to fix so I wanted it done as well as a broken valve tip on my tire. Half an hour later my car was finished valve tip still broken but that's okay because I'm getting all brand new tires and wheels anyway. Just know your stuff and take a car guy/gal with you and try not to punch sexism in the face.

Overall a 5 star place, just the one guy that was douchey.

Ke-mas has always been great to us across the street at aerolite. Many times you can drop off your car before your shift if dayturn and most of the time is ready to go 8 hours later. They do quality work at a fair price.

The guys at Kemas are great. I had quite a few repairs done and they were very professional, timely, and didnt try and upcharge a single thing. No BS, and was honest about the work that needed done. If you need work done without any racking up that most shops do, Kemas is the place. Most honest and trustworthy shop around. I will never go anywhere else.

Tony treated me with respect, and got my car in and out in a timely fashion. I was pleased with his work.

I had them check my breaks, they put on new break pads and said the rotors were fine ($240 for the pads)
The breaks felt like they skipped so they said it needs new rotors (after they said they were fine)
I ended up taking it to another mechanic because Ke-mas is out of my way
The mechanic had to replace my new break pads and put on new rotors ($300)
I called the owner and he was very unprofessional with me
I told him I felt like they took advantage of me being a lady going in there myself I would have saved myself a lot of $$$ if they would have told me I needed new rotors in the first place
I never bad mouth any business But. I don’t like being called sweetheart in a belittling way and taken advantage of
