My family and I were first time home buyers and overall we did not have a good experience with our realtor. He constantly kept pressuring us to up the amount of money we wanted to spend on a house. All the houses he put in our personal portal were either out of our price range or not in the area we requested. We ended up finding the house we bought on our own. We felt like since we weren't buying a million dollar house that we weren't deserving of good service. I will say his assistant Kayla was very nice, though. I only used this guy because he was recommended by someone.

If you have Aaron Smith or Adam Curry as your buying or selling agenda, count yourself very lucky as they aren't just great agents but great human beings

Sarah Woody demonstrated great knowledge of all sides of real estate. This awesome person helped our client find their dream home and they are currently under contract. She fights for her clients in a way that goes above and beyond. We cannot say enough great things about Sarah and recommend her to everyone we know. Great Job Sarah!

They are not buyer friendly, always argues with what you want and tells you no. Tries to tell you what they want not what you want.not a good place. I would highly recommend using someone else other then them.not trustworthy or how an agency should be.

Great team to deal with. They helped us find our dream farm/home, sell our other home and buy two condos. Love em!

This place constantly cancels appts to see properties. Don't waste your time. I took off work twice.

This company has been harassing me non stop and I mean, morning noon and night, non stop, to sell my rental property located in Loveland. They even have somehow hunted down by father in law to see about selling my property which he isn't even linked to. I wish there was something I could do to make them STOP but the calls are relentless and the harassment is getting out of control.

If you want a group of realtors who don't enforce sales agreements and do a bunch of other well marketed ripoffs and half-truths, look no further.

They are good at 5-starring themselves to balance out all the 1-stars though!

This is the best realty company I have ever worked for! They really care about the staff and especially the customers!

My neighbors house went up for sale, represented by another real estate company. An agent from Keller Williams solicited me at my work email address to help him find a buyer for my neighbors house. He must have figured it out by searching on line to find neighbors, looking me up on linked in and figured the syntax for emails at work. What an incredibly self centered sales approach. They are clearly only interested in themselves.

My main issue with Keller Williams is simply that the extra costs at the beginning are prohibitive, especially for dog owners. They nickel and dime you from the start. We were looking at a property that was listed at $995 a month. Totally doable for us.

However, we have two small, well-behaved, 30 lbs.dogs. They were expecting a $300 PER pet deposit (so $600), plus $50 per pet, per month rental fee (+100). Add in the $40 per adult application fee ($80), we were looking at almost $3,000 all at once just to get in. Add in our final payment on our current place, and it's simply undoable. And we couldn't pay any of this with a card.

At this point, it's not just covering costs for additional wear and tear on the home (additional $1800 a year just for two little dogs on top of the standard $995 deposit), it's punitive, if not exploitive.

If you're a dog owner, do what you wish, but just on principle, we won't be going with Keller Williams. It's just too bad that they'll be missing out on two excellent tenants, just because of their outlandish and exorbitant deposit policies. And it's a shame because we really liked the place.

Tressa, Jennifer, and Team Synergi found the perfect home for us and we couldn't be happier. Thank you so much!

Trying to rent from this company is a joke. I've scheduled showings and every time they are confirmed they cancelled. I reschedule a week out and it's confirmed then cancelled within an hour of confirming. Bad business.

I recently tried to purchase a home listed by Adam Sanregret. He failed to show up at the scheduled closing, he failed to submit the proper documents, and then he failed to respond to emails or calls while we waiting for him at the closing.

He appeared to be completely disinterested in the transaction. There are lots of good, caring real estate agents out there. Find someone whom will push for your transaction to close, make an effort for the client, and be responsive when needed.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I'm renting a house with a washer and dryer unit that has been broken for over a month. Little to no communication from my landlord, John Jones, and it still is not fixed. Not to mention no replies when I reached out to him about my air conditioning unit. NEVER rent from this company.

It is impossible to contact these people. And even if you can figure out a way to connect, they ignore you and never get back. I am tired of trying, and I would encourage you to save your time and go elsewhere.

It took a really long time to figure out that scheduling appointments didn't work on my phone. It kept saying that my appointment was canceled. I wish that I would have been able to get someone on the phone for this but I guess I'm just glad I'm finally scheduled.

They keep calling to try to sell my house. 10 calls and text so far! I included in my ad for seller agents not to call unless they have a client. However Keller Williams is the only one will NOT respect this. Multiple agents from each office calling, texting, bothering me all day at work! Hate them! I will never do business with your crappy aggressive non respectful office even if you have a buyer! Had it! Yes I have contacted each office to stop this and they keep calling!
