We are a family with a child with some pretty complex medical/special needs. When we began our home search with Cyndi we had to give her a very robust list of must haves for our home in order to accommodate our daughter and her needs. We weren’t picky for the sake of being picky. We really had no choice but to have some of these items for our new home. Our first trip to the area from our previous home (South Carolina) was in April of this year and we spent a week here and had several home showings each day. Cyndi bent over backwards to get us into every possible home that might have met our daughters needs. We drove all over Timbuktu and back. We saw probably toured 20 or more homes with Cyndi and she never complained once. She always understood why houses wouldn’t work with our daughter. She didn’t try to force/push us into a home that didn’t work. We ended up empty handed in our search. Cyndi didn’t complain and understood the entire time, why we needed what we needed. Trip #2 was in June. And we were getting ready to be in a bind in terms of not having a home to move to. Again, we spent a week. Again, 20+ homes viewed. And as we neared the end of our week of house hunting before heading back to South Carolina, it looked as if we were going to leave without a home to move to yet again. But low and behold, Cyndi was able to get us into one last home on our last day here. It turned out being THE ONE it met all but maybe 1 item in our list of must haves. And the 1 item is something we can have done in the near future. Unfortunately the sellers were not willing to pay buyers agents fees. But nevertheless, Cyndi went to work negotiating on our behalf. She didn’t complain and she bent over backwards to see us to the finish line. If you’re looking for someone who will listen to what your needs truly are, and who has the patience of a saint, Cyndi is your girl. She’s hardworking and so very kind. I’ll suggest her for the rest of my life, to anyone looking for a home in the Dayton area.

Cyndi was great to work with throughout the process of buying our home! When we started the process, we weren’t sure if we wanted to build a new home or purchase a pre-existing home. Cyndi took the time to show us various houses and provide guidance in a non-intrusive manner. She is very knowledgable and was always quick to respond to questions or requests for showings. We had to save the very best for last! We don’t know where to start with Don & Cyndi! From our initial call with Don, we immediately had a feeling that he was our guy! We knew that coming to OH from out of state was going to be a challenge and a huge adjustment for us, and we were a bit worried that it would be difficult to find our forever home…from a distance. But just on our initial visit, Don had a very well planned agenda for us to tour several properties. While we were there, he took us to see every home we had identified. He also showed us a couple of “gems”. But our time was short and we had to get back home. While awaiting to catch our flight, an alert came through and we were now looking at a home that was ideal. So instead of canceling our trip back home, Don scheduled a tour by himself and took detailed, extensive videos of the property and took the time to upload videos for us via YouTube. After reviewing & studying all of the videos, it actually became the house that we chose to purchase!

Don is a realtor that we would send EVERYONE to. His kindness and professionalism was hands down…the best that we’ve received in a long time!
