George from Kellerman came to the house to do preventative maintenance on our furnace and AC. He gave me a courtesy call about 15-20min before he arrived. George was awesome, answered all my questions, and he let me hang out and watch over his shoulder the entire time! As he performed work he described what he was doing, what he was looking for, and why. He was very professional and friendly throughout the whole appointment. Overall a great experience.

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Kellerman Heating and Cooling. We needed to move our AC unit over a few feet and they had someone at our house to take pictures the next day. After that they gave us a quote, which was very reasonable, and a week later everything was done. They were all very polite and I could hardly tell they were here. They knew what they were doing and did a great job. We highly recommend them!

The technicians at Kellerman are always polite and professional. The heat pump system they installed and now maintain was reasonably priced and has been a definite quality of life improvement for our home. Most recently, Jacob came out and cleaned and inspected my heat pump system. He was pleasant, efficient, and clearly explained what he was doing. Kellerman is local and very responsive compared to larger companies charging higher rates that are also servicing the Eastgate area. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Kellerman Heating & Cooling! I called late on a Friday evening and Chris, their sales person, returned my call within a minute. We made an appointment for him to stop by that evening and he arrived within an hour to give me a quote for a new HVAC system. I agreed to the quote and we were scheduled for the following Friday for installation. On the day of the installation, their crew of four arrived on time at 10: 30 and had our new HVAC up and running by 3: 30. Truly impressive. Gavin, Ryan, George, and Devin, were professional, courteous, and left our home better than they found it. Gavin even returned later in the afternoon to take care of minor concern we had. This was all on the Friday before Labor Day. That’s service above and beyond. Kellerman will be our HVAC go to from now on. I am thankful that there are still companies like Kellerman Heating & Cooling that seem to truly care about their craft and most importantly their community and customers!

Our furnace and air conditioner were 26 years old. During the recent 90+ degree heat wave the AC Unit started icing up and the coil inside the furnace froze up. We had a service company come and were informed that due to the system age and the Freon used being no longer available, it was time to replace the system. We contacted several HVAC companies and felt most comfortable with Chris from Kellerman. His knowledge and explanation of details were amazing. The crew came today, Gavin, Devin and Ryan were very professional and neat. They removed the old AC unit and gas furnace, cleaned the area and installed the new system in six hours. I was very impressed with their work, neatness and attitude. I would highly recommend this company.

Art came out to our home to repair our AC unit over the labor day holiday. Things are back up and running and we appreciate the prompt and professional service that was provided to us by Kellerman heating and cooling.

I like the people and the work that they do. But if you have to replace your air conditioner, get ready to donate a kidney because that’s how ridiculously expensive they are. Just about every a/c company charges the same rate here - it’s effective collusion. Supposedly it’s because Ohio has a higher efficiency requirement than the states in the south where the air conditioner costs 50% less but a 16 seer rating is the same from State to State. Don’t believe them or any of them that give this reason for the cost of their units. You can get a better brand for half the price in Texas or Oklahoma or any of the southern states.

Some time back, my heat pump failed. I asked the senior men in my Anderson Twp. Church who I should call.

I quickly received multiple responses “Kellerman Heating & Cooling”.

Art from Kellerman got the system up and running but warned me that the old system wouldn’t last.

So last week when it failed again, Art, George and the rest of the team installed a new heat pump and air handler.

They were prompt, efficient and professional. The new system works much better and quieter than before.

We have a new WiFi thermostat, a very good filter, and some other system enhancements-all included.

Suffice to say, I won’t need to ask anyone who I should call if my heat pump fails again!

I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs. Trisha was extremely helpful and efficient getting someone out to look at our AC unit same day within a few hours of my call. Jason did thorough work. He was kind, personable, and knowledgeable. He was able to make a repair to fix my unit. I will be buying my unit and having it installed by Kellerman when the time comes that I need a new one. They have my business.

Art came out and was completely professional and courteous. Every thing was completed professionally and in a kind manner. Kellerman is our go to 100% of the time with all of heating and air conditioning needs.

We smelled gas in our house and called Duke Energy. They confirmed it and recommended we call our HVAC company. Kellerman came out immediately and tested all the fittings for leaks. They found none. Then they went above and beyond, took the heating element out and found a small crack. They replaced the part and no more gas leak. Great job.
