5 Stars for Customer Service - I reached out to Ganley Alfa Romeo online. Mike Catavolos promptly responded to my request with a call and text. He continued to respond to all my questions and requests until he found the the perfect car for me. I showed up at the dealer after work to test drive and purchase the car. He was friendly and courteous through the process. He got me in and out of the dealer in a little over an hour. He also called me to follow up on my purchase the next day. A+ in my book!

My wife and I just purchased an Alfa Romeo Stelvio from Ganley in Bedford. The help we received from both Michael and Matthew was great. The process was straight forward and lacked the usual dealer manipulation so many other dealers use. Initial impression on the Stelvio- great! Why more of these are not on the road is a mystery to me. Five stars for Michael, Matthew and the Stelvio.
