Great experience purchasing our new van from Ken Ganley. Alex and Matt were extremes helpful in completing the paperwork online in advance as we live 2.5hrs away. Once at the dealership, they were quick to help us get everything signed and keys turned over. They even helped install my littles’ car seat base for me! Can’t say enough good things. Would definitely purchase from here again.

My fiance and I had purchased a vehicle at the location we did use a down payment by trading our old vehicle in and I'm rather upset because I feel as if the sales man was unclear or making empty promises being the vehicle we traded in had a toolbox attached and custom wheels in with making us the deal that we would be able to keep those my fiance brought the original Wheels same day up and when we got our toolbox we were told that we can't get our custom wheels so I then was inquiring about getting my original wheels back because it never in the deal was there eight tires and eight wheels I've been up there several times the only person who spoke to me is the secretary and a manager named Rick which was Tuesday and I was told I would get a call within the next couple days and I have heard nothing that I may have to take this to a corporate level because the manager that was on the job when the salesman sold the vehicle is never available or out of town and the salesman is never around either and I think that is unfair that they think that they could just ignore customers who gave them business and want to not resolve the issue just a little distasteful considering I have used this dealership multiple times and never had a problem before

Fast freindly service. Just took advantage of the buy 3 tires and the 4th for a buck. Tires & install was cheaper than just purchasing the tires from Tire rack.

Having a battery purchased and installed in my Jeep Cherokee was nothing more than disappointing though they fixed the problem I felt I was price gauged by the dealership paying 479 $ for a battery unbelievable at the cost they charged me unfortunately I am warning all my friends in mentor area never to use this business for future business ventures, this was a total rip off to the consumer anybody that has issues with there vehicles should avoid this business
