14 Ganley does a Great Job in taking care of my vehicle. When it comes in for just a oil change to a recall or check the car for anything. They go out of their way to make sure that My vehicle is safe to drive.
And that it's done & ready for
me in time they said it would be complete. Five star all the way here if I could give 10+

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car, and I must say that the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and truly satisfying. I live in Cleveland which is about an hour away but worth the experience. I would buy another vehicle from this dealership without hesitation. Be sure to ask for Austin or Gavin. These guys are not your average car salesman. They are friendly, funny, and strive for excellence. You can tell that they enjoy their job. Do not overlook this dealership. It's worth the hour drive!
Great service. We brought in our Escape to have a problem fixed that other shops weren't able. Our car is now running perfectly!
Service manager was rude, condensing, and hung up on me. I took my car there to get a recall issue repaired. At no cost to me. That part was fine. I was not happy with other fees, including $50 for replacing 1 rear windshield wiper blade. When I questioned the service manager, he repeatedly stated that they do not work for free, right before he angrily hung up on me. However, charging $30 to put on *one* $19 windshield wiper is absolutely insane! I called Montrose Ford and inquired how much to purchase & install 1 rear windshield wiper=$19.46. The original person I spoke to, Deven, was quite pleasant and needs to teach his boss good manners.

I have had a horrible experience with this place. I have a blue certified used vehicle that states I have a 14 day/1000 miles money back guarantee and I was told by
Matt on the 4th, that was not an option. The transmission was bad, they replaced it after 20 days in the shop and the ac still does not work. The brakes are squeaky and Devin said that it was just water on the brakes from sitting so long in the shop. It veers to the right while driving and Devin agreed but then told the others that it was not. I wanted a refund from day one as soon as I found out the transmission was bad. No one is doing anytjing to resolve this. I have been treated like I was dumb since I walked in. And I feel bullied into taking this junk car.
Worst place ever had a friend buy a car only for them to screw them over Jody blocked this person on Facebook cause she wrote a negative review on them bunch of crooked people there.
We broke down while traveling through the area as we headed home on a long distance trip. Devin got us in and on the road same-day whereas multiple other dealerships and mechanics were unable/unwilling to do so. We appreciate the quick service!
I had a manufacturer recall on my 2014 Ford Escape. I had put it off until the part failed one day after work. The next day I made an appointment with the remote service tech for the same day. He arrived at my place of employment and had it finished in about fifteen minutes with no out of pocket expense. I could not be more satisfied.
