My fiancé purchased a used 2014 Ford Escape from Ganley about a year ago. It had 78,133 miles on it 01/2021. We noticed it was needing antifreeze once every couple months but no leaks we didn't think anything of it. Well 2wks ago my fiancé is on his was home from work and the car shuts off. When get it to a car repair shop only to find out it's a blown head gasket! The car has 93,000 miles on it now he's had it a little over a yr and a half! We called Ganley because the car repair shop tells us there's a recall. Ganley says the motor was replaced in 2018! Due to a recall. But another dealership says there isn't a recall for his VIN So now here we are stuck with a 347$ car payment and an undriveable car less than two years after purchasing! Thanks for ripping us off! And not returning our calls! I'll be sure to tell everyone about the terrible customer service!
I had a fantastic experience here! I worked with Anshu in Sales and he was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Honestly, everyone here was great and I ended up with a car that exceeded my expectations! I am officially a Subaru convert and highly recommend this place and team to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
We had a great experience with Ganley Subaru East. What started out as just perusing the market and what was available, turned into purchasing the vehicle we were interested in with the help of our specialist Ken Johnson. He took time with us explaining our options, reviewing potential trade in or lease buy out and never made us feel pressured to make our decision without thinking it through. Jimmy in finance explained everything to us in full detail as we went through the purchase process. Overall extremely happy with our purchase and the people were great!

This was by far one of the best dealerships I have dealt with since I've been purchasing cars. Armaunna Henderson was great to work with and highly recommend her in the future. She was low pressure and had an answer for every question I had. She is very customer satisfaction driven as well. The appointment for installation of a Subaru factory hitch was easy to arrange. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted in a friendly manner and the service (and price) was explained as my car was quickly checked in. The work was completed beautifully and the installation looks great. When I picked up the vehicle, the service representative took time to explain everything about the hitch. Overall it was an extremely positive experience.
I purchased my first car from here. Anshu was super helpful in answering all our questions and helping us finalize a purchase within the same day. We were able to test drive cars several times before making a decision. I also appreciated Anshu reaching out a few days later to ensure that everything was working well and that we were satisfied with the purchase. Really great service!
Put a great deal together with Gino all over text and e-mails to trade my Avalanche in and picked up a beautiful Kia Optima. Drove from Erie, Pa To Ken Ganley Subaru in Wickliffe OH. Went shopping here. Before I even went there salesperson Jay made it be known that having a mechanic inspect the truck is a personal inconvenience to him and that if I wanted to spend 40k there I should be prepared to do it without doing my due diligence. Personally I would avoid a place like this at all costs.
Very friendly and helpful from beginning to end and thereafter. You feel like family, not a customer. They care that your needs are more than met and that you are very happy with all choices. No pressure just interest and information.

I took my Ascent in for the transmission recall software upgrade and periodic oil change and inspection. Appreciated getting the inspection report being quickly sent to me on my phone prior to completion of all servicing. Saved me time. Also like the note of tire wear. Will look into coming back for new tires before Winter hits. Jason the Service Manager was very friendly.
