This is the second time I went for regular maintenance for my SUV. They are on time. The staff is friendly and keeps you updated with your service. They go above and beyond.

We bought a 2024 Outback. Location is close to rt 2 and rt 90. Easy on and off. Christian helped us and went way out of his way to explain deals and jokes, while explaining all the computer stuff. Set up was nice and close to what our old Subaru had. Clean business. Lovely waiting area. Coffee, tea, and Misc drinks. Large restroom stalls. All is at ground level so handicap/wheelchair is easy access. Pricing and paper work is explained at each step as signing. Now waiting for our title to arrive.

Excellent car buying process. All of the staff I talked to were very helpful, making me feel like I had the full information to make an informed decision in buying a car. Would recommend this place to anyone interested in getting a Subaru.

Always finished the work on time as promised, fairly priced, and fantastic waiting area with coffee, water, internet and a kids play area! Pet friendly too!

Bought a short block and front timing case cover with oil pump and exhaust valves and seal kit! The seal kit did not have all the seals for a rebuild I’d suggest getting the felpro kit but I did notice the Subaru head gasket was identical to the felpro and always go with new headbolds! But other then FedEx dropping the block twice on delivery they were quick at getting parts out and the car is back on the road

Takes 3+ hours for an oil change. No loaner vehicles. I prepaid for them when we bought thinking it would be easier. Can't get my money refunded, even pro-rated. No more Subaru for us.

The employees here are some of the best that I've had the pleasure of doing business with. If it weren't for Subaru discontinuing the gas engine WRX STi, I'd be back here buying a new one years down the road. If you are in the market foe a new Subaru, I highly recommend this dealership. They really care about their customers here

I recently moved from Seattle and had my first service appointment at Ken Ganley Subaru in Wickliffe. It is always nerve wracking for me to go to service centers, but Joe Vitale was attentive, warm, and communicative and it made the experience wonderful! I will certainly be coming back for my Subaru services from now on!
