Kenmore Tire & Custom Rims, Akron OH

Went to buy tires. They assured me that I did not need tires and just did a reseal. Next day got oil change and the first thing they commented on was my horrible back tires. They probably did not have my tire size.and just wanted a sale. I hope that $15 you charged me was worth this review.

In and out, good selection friendly people. They actually had the tires they said they did went 5 places in Akron before this one and got jerked around. Thanks.

Just pulled in 25 minutes before they were suppose to close. Denied my business because it was “too dark” to see Got in their cars closed the gate and left.and now I need a tow

Bad attitude for no reason.if you don’t like your job don’t take it on the customer who just wants a tire.never sending anyone here again lol

Very polite and pretty knowledgeable but didn't have the size I needed. And 10 on 10 off for a tire seems kinda steep to me but hey what do I know.

I would rather go to Tire Depot on Manchester Rd near Waterloo. He usually has what I need cheap and is quick to change or repair tires. I have gotten a couple tires from here when Tire Depot didn't have the size but more money and not as good service.

I have been going here for 5 years now and Little Mike has never done me wrong. He's always done right by me and I always sent him alot of customers for all his help. He worked on all my kids cars too. He always treated me with respect and consideration. But since he's not there now the people are not trustworthy or reliable and I just can't send people to a place I can't rely on.

They'll work with you and give you the best tires they have I swear for a small town shop they are awesome

Staff need to be more people oriented! This place used to be great but seems to have gone down hill!

Dont waste your time with these loosers. I called prior to going there to ask if they can do credit cards for 4 used tires, they said yes. When i got there 5 mins later he said "credit card machine dont work anymore". This is not a proper business, its a bunch of guys with used tire that dont want sell them and they just want to hang out on the boulevard and create an eye sore.

If I could give no stars I would. Went there today for them to plug up a tire. It had one hole that I know of. He ended up plugging three holes. Ok no big deal. The tire was still leaking. Went back again and he fixed it again. And then again the tire still leaking. Went back a third time. Wanted my money back since this was all in the same day. Found out they don't warranty plugs. Went to action tire on Arlington to see about a patch. Come to find out Kenmore tire really screwed up my tire. They put three plugs into one hole. Ended up putting another hole into it. And missed another hole. Never again will I ever go back to them.

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Customer service was terrible, So I called to see if they had the size tire I needed. The guy said hold and had a full conversation not work related for several minutes, then hung up on me. I called back and was told the size tire I need WAS available and quoted a price. When I arrive, No one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help, just conversed with each other. I finally got someone's attention, I informed the personnel that I'd just called and the size i need. He said "DON'T GOT THAT" and walked away. FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING THERE

Horrible service. Sat waiting for service while they acted like they didn’t see me and ate sandwiches with filthy hands. Would drive on a flat to the other side of town before I give them a half of penny.

Can't beat it! You can be in and out of there in under 25 minutes. Like its NASCAR! And the price.you would be hard-pressed to find a better one anywhere else.

I would recommend anyone who needs tires to go there they are always friendly and have treated me with respect

Won't go here again. Went here at 5: 25pm to get a tire and was told they close at 5: 30pm and I can't be helped. There time says 6pm is when they closed. Even another customer was there and told the guy I can't believe you won't help her. I barly made my car home.
