Kennedy Heights Arts Center reviews
7Excellent exhibits. I have attended several exhibits and the space is conducive for the display of exciting and impactful art. The gift shop is a must stop.
Has a beautiful gallery and strong shows. Went to an opening there and the art was fantastic. Great place to show and go see some art.
Attended a funeral repast here, I had never been. The inside was stunning. Will definitely keep it on my list for venues
Look it’s a good cause I’ll give them that but I worked as a volunteer at a couple of the summer camps and they don’t treat their volunteers great. Not only are you working in 90 degree weather everyday but you are overworked, running around constantly doing the instructor’s job and get no breaks. Keep in mind the day camps are long too and you have to literally entertain the kids the whole time even during lunch and they don’t let you really have to time to step away and breathe for a second. And they also yell at you for absolutely no reason I literally got in trouble for taking too long in the bathroom. I’m just glad that whole experience is over and I got all my volunteer hours but they seriously need to work on that and I think I speak for most of the people that I volunteered with.
A neighborhood treasure. Absolutely wonderful staff. They offer great cultural and music programs and have a beautiful collection of works by mostly local artists.
There's some cool art but more importantly really cool opportunities to create art here, the neighborhood is made better by having an outlet for expression and creation, and the people that operate this center are top notch. Definitely check it out and support it if possible
Mission to bring arts to all children regardless of income. Great place for summer and winter camps, teen and adult classes and gift shopping with local artisan wares. They also do event rentals. Such a lovely community oriented place.
