TLDR; still disappointed with the outcome of what color my hair turned into, feel like the stylist didn't care about what I wanted, and will not be returning.

Update: I'm deleting the specifics of my initial review and updating from one star to three because the salon contacted me and rectified the situation to my complete satisfaction. I plan on returning and seeing a different stylist in the coming weeks.

I couldn't have had a better experience today with Kristi. This was my first experience with Kenneth's and when their online quiz matched me with her, I decided to try it. My color has been wrong for a while. As soon as I got in the chair, I knew I was in the right place. She listened to the issues I have previously experienced and then her knowledge and experience took over and she went to work. I love my hair for the first time in a long time. Thank you Kristi! You are the best!

My expectation was low before I came in, and yet the result still came out very disappointing. I showed the stylist pictures and explained clearly what I wanted - basically a darker tone to a lighter tone from the root to the end - but it turned out completely different than what I expected. I don’t think the stylist understand how dye works on hair, as she made the root color much lighter than the bottom which was the opposite of what I was looking for. Besides that, she didn’t even dry my hair completely not to mention any style, but they still charge me the full price of style and blowout. The stylist was patient enough but I don’t think she has any knowledge about how hair color works nor care about customer’s expectations. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR HAIR

My salone stylist is Lauren and she's AMAZING! I love how she layered my hair and helped me play around with the color of dye that fit my personality. She's at the Kingsdale shopping center in UA.

Caitlin was beyond professional, gave honest opinions and made sure that when you left the salon you loved your hair. My hair originally was very dark and I wanted to go lighter, Caitlin used the best judgment to make sure I went lighter but not enough that it would damage my hair. I truly enjoyed Caitlins services and will 100% be back to continue the lightning of my hair processes.

Lauren was an absolute delight! She took great care of me, brightened me up, and was a joy to talk to. Be sure to book with her:) Thanks, Lauren!

I've been a long-standing customer of Kenneth's and I love that you get quality service for a reasonable price.

Kenneth's customer service is amazing. By the time they answer the phone they have already pulled up my customer file based on my phone number.
I recently switched to a location closer my my job and was randomly assigned to Bree. Bree was friendly and extremely knowledgable. She gave me the best haircut I've ever had and even took the time to curl my hair in a new way and show me a few tricks!

Love my new haircut! Big change from medium long to short, the stylist did it perfectly! Don't know why I didn't try this earlier!

Jacqueline does a great job and really does what the client really wants done to their hair. The salon staff is always polite and welcoming. The prices are not bad at all compared to other popular salons in the Northwest Columbus Area.

I was originally referred to Kelsey by a friend, and since then I've gotten my hair cut by her the past two times I've had it done. Both times I absolutely loved it. I was worried about going as short as I am now, my hair is a pixie cut, and she made it look wonderful. She's friendly and easy to talk to and I'd recommend her to anyone.

I LOVE working with Kenneth's Salon at Kingsdale. The staff is always super friendly, great location, and the place is immaculate. I have struggled for years trying to find a hairdresser that understands what it is like to have curly (not the cute kind) hair and knowing how to tame the beast. I have been working with Kelsey and she has worked WONDERS! She is so friendly and willing to help. She truly knows how to produce great hair! I've been seeing Olivia at the Kingsdale location for several years for my eyebrow waxing. She is fantastic. My eyebrows always look great after my visits. Olivia is very friendly and we always have something to chat about. I highly recommend her!

I came to Kenneth's a little under a year ago with dark brown hair (that I had been dying myself) and I wanted to go back to blonde. I was recommended to Jacquelyn by a friend and she was amazing! It took a good 2 hours to get all the brown dye out of my hair, but the result was a beautiful blonde color that I haven't wanted to change since! I would not let anyone else touch my hair. She is amazing.

I highly recommend Elle! She has been my go-to-girl for my hair for a couple of years now. She truly cares about her clients and their satisfaction. When I have a vision for my hair she goes above and beyond in her execution by giving me tips, showing me how to style my hair and recommends the best products for my current style. She delivers an amazing experience.

I love the way Logan cuts and colors my hair. I feel better about my hair now then I have in years. I went to her after seeing how great my sisters hair looked.

My experience with Logan over the past three+ years has far surpassed any other stylist relationship I have ever had. My hair is always cut perfectly to my liking, and I have Logan to thank! In my opinion, she is the perfect stylist. She is terrific at listening, discussing the possibilities, and making suggesting to help me out. I always walk out of the salon feeling 100% better about my hair than when I walked in (and I am very picky about my hair!).

I've been going to Kenneth's for years, and they've never given me anything but great service and beautiful results. Emily always goes the extra mile, finding ways to make each visit special and keeping me in topnotch shape.

Taylor at Kingsdale is the best. I have been going to her for years and she really knows how to cut my thick, super straight in spots, not so straight in other spots hair! When I do get highlights they always look really great and natural. It is so relaxing going in to Kenneth's and talking to Taylor.

Expensive but wow, what a salon. Was a gift from husband for my bday. Cost me $171 to get color, cut, wash & oil treatment. Ask for Carmen
