I’ve had my hair colored twice in my entire life and GG is the only one to do it! The first time I got my hair done, I told GG I was worried about there being a drastic change, and I wanted to have a very natural finish. GG listened to everything I shared and it looked so amazing! She takes so much pride in her work and you can tell she really cares that you love your hair in the end!

Billie Jo does great. She has ideas but also listens to what I am looking for with cuts and color. She recommends cuts and products that work with rushed mornings.

GG did a good job, just what i asked for. Thanks, I’ll go with her for my next appointment.

Sheena answers my questions, gives great advice about products and provides great service. I always get compliments about how my hair looks

I love going to this salon! I always go to Haley and she does the best job. She’s amazing with her color and styling. She already knows what I ask for and anytime I get my hair colored I trust her completely to fulfill my vision. Haley is a great conversationalist and it never getting boring or awkward. I recommend her to anyone thinking about getting their hair cut here!

Nicole was excellent, she listened well and really gave me the cut I wanted, and the results are great, lots of compliments on second day that I was out and about

I have really enjoyed coming to this location now that they have updated their shop and their people are still in the most kindest and helpful staff I’ve met. I recently saw Nicole. She is wonderful and helped me choose what I think was right because I sometimes never really know what I want in a hairstyle and she helped me and I feel great and I love the products that was used, I’ll be back.

Nicole is amazing and she actually takes the time to help me figure out products and what colors and cut to do, always takes her time in never rushing me out even when it's a late night for her.

Dallas continually surpasses my expectations! She is always professional but extremely easy to talk to and to work with. I love the cut she does for me and all the styling advice. You will not regret your time spent with Dallas!

I went to GG at the Powell Store for the first time when my stylist retired. She did a great job on the color and highlights, I even got a compliment from a total stranger, yesterday, on the color/highlights.

David is one of the best, hands down. I go to David or Michael and they both give such a thorough and wonderful experience and leave more than pampered and Happy I get so excited when my appointment time comes around

First time at this salon. Very easy to make an appointment online. Haley absolutely nailed what my hair was needing, and I went from feeling frumpy to looking and feeling fabulous! Will definitely be back to see Haley.

David from the Avery Rd salon was amazing! I went in with the idea of letting him choose what style, cut and highlights he thought would work well for me because my hair was out of control and I was constantly wearing it up in a ponytail. Needless to say, I am so glad I went to him! The short cut is great and the highlights look wonderful! I have gotten so many compliments! He knew what would look nice on me. I feel like a different person!
He was a joy to be around and I definitely plan on seeing him again and again! Highly recommend!

It's always a challenge to find a new stylist who "gets" you right away. I've seen Becki twice so far and am thrilled with her service. I wanted a fresh haircut and color, and she took the time to understand the look I was going for. She provided information and advice on products and styling at home. Five stars all the way!

If you’re looking for an stress-free day at the salon, I wouldn’t recommend this one. I have now had three different experiences with the same location where they are either overcharging me or canceling my appointment and not telling me! This last time that I went in, they charged me almost $70 for a trim. I already have a bob and they didn’t even take off an inch and when I called to ask why it was so much I was told the manager would call me back but they never did! This place truly only cares about your money and are going to deceive and lie to you to get it! Save your money and your time!

Jessica at the Powell location is fantastic! She cares about your hair and is good about explaining everything. Never disappointed with my cuts and color.

I’m extremely disappointed. This is my 4th time using Kenneth’s services and I will not be returning to this location. Although Nicole (my stylist) was very kind, she left my hair looking choppy and uneven. My hair was cut shorter than I wanted and looked nothing like the reference photo I had. It was past closing time so I just decided to accept it.

This is the absolute WORST place to go to and or work at. The workers are snakes, they will smile in your face and tell lies on you. Jealousy and greed is an evil trait that this salon has. No one really stays long because they have plans for your exit! Kenneth needs to know about this Powell location it’s a bad image on the company’s name!
