Switched locations and went with Rachel and she did an amazing job! It's always scary having someone new cut your hair, but Rachel was understanding with what I wanted done with my hair and gave me honest suggestions about hair treatment. 10/10 recommend!

Ashley did my hair. I honestly have not had my hair done since COVID happened. I just learned to do it myself. Seeing her was honestly a spur of the moment decision and she did an amazing job. Made me feel like a new person. Didn't realize how much I needed a refresh for myself until I left. She is extremely kind and has a wonderful personality. She took the time to know what I wanted and even helped me with ideas I never even thought of. She has great hair cutting skills. Highly recommend her!

Peggy is amazing! I feel like a new person every time I walk out of the salon. She does an incredible job with colour!

Its sad I need to edit a review. I've been getting my haircut done at Kenneths for years but this may be the last time for myself or my family as the level of service is egregious enough to be bottom of the barrel as far as hair salons go.

My daughter went in for a cut and dye and her stylist Shamira apparently did not have the time to adequately do what was requested. The "wrong type of appointment" was booked and thus my daughter had a rushed dye job that was no where near what was requested and a good cuts level haircut. Perhaps there was a lack of skill or know how as well, or maybe she also thought she could take advantage of an adolescent while she saw other clients and gave them more of her divided attention during - regardless it was, simply put, bad.

To be clear, the haircut was bad and the dye job was bad. Neither job was what was requested or shown in reference photos.

Obviously I called to complain and we were told someone at the location would redo it so we scheduled a new appointment. But when the appointment came about Rachel, the other stylist, stated that she was "uncomfortable" doing the redo when we actually arrived since it would be taking money from Shamira. She stated we would need to pay since we would be "adding dye" rather than a redo. Again, its not adding a thing unless the original service was adequately rendered and most businesses and individuals understand this simple concept.

So now they have wasted our time twice.

I resent, fully, money being stolen for services inadequately rendered. At this point I am more likely to just pursue a refund or, barring that, a charge back.

Dawn is the absolute best! I found her through Kenneth's online quiz, and I am so glad we were matched. Dawn has done so well teaching me how to care for and encourage my wave pattern. She's so fun to talk to, so sweet, and of course, styles my hair incredibly well. So grateful for her!

I met Emily a few years ago when she was at Kenneth’s student academy. I followed her to the Kenneth’s in Dublin. She was patient, kind and listened to what I wanted. I was so impressed that I even referred my mom to her! I would recommend Emily to anyone who is looking for a hairstylist who genuinely cares about their customers.

David has been my stylist at Kenneth's for years and has always, always done an amazing job. No matter what color I want my hair to be, David gets it exactly right every time. He helped get my hair into great condition and was so good about helping me grow it out and understanding of my fears of even having it trimmed. He never just chops away at it, but does exactly what I want and helps me understand how to care for my hair. I trust him implicitly and recommend him to everyone I know. I go to Jay at the Dublin location, and she has been amazing. I had red box dye in my hair and she has been wonderful at getting it out. I have been loving my results. I have been trusting the process and I'm so glad I did. Thank you Jay for all that you have done!

Emily does a wonderful job cutting my hair. She’s a great listener when I describe how I want my hair cut. She’s very kind and friendly.

I had Sami do my hair for the first time at Dublin. I love what she did with my hair. She made great suggestions and it turned out better than it ever has. I have gotten so many complements about how she got just the right shade for me. I am naturally burnet, but i have always had some type of blonde balayage in my hair for the last 6 years. I do not go to one person, but I will go to Sami for now on. If you are looking for a girl to give you suggestions or are lightening up your hair choose Sami!
