Kent Habitat ReStore reviews
15Exceptional inventory of high quality household items with prices that I truly believe cost pennies on the dollar; Friendly employees who go beyond the call of duty in order to help you find exactly what you are looking for? ️
Really great place. Never know what you will find. I have to say though, that while great deals are to be found, some prices on furniture are waaaayyy out of line.
Too expensive, literally just bought a new leather futon (and not a cheap one either) for less than some of the crusty couches they had. Not to mention how people run you over just to see what you were looking at. I used to love this store but unfortunately I won’t be back because of the above instances.
I try to drop on 2 to 3 times a week to see what is new. It's a place you can sometimes find some nice things.
This is one of my favorite stores to begin with but it doesn't hurt that everyone who works here seem to be just really nice people. I rarely leave this store empty handed they always have interesting and useful items at fair prices.
NO more bargains here anymore! Home Depot is CHEAPER. I have been shopping here for many years and watched priced climb to the point where they were pricing themselves out of the used bargain market shopping experience slowly. Over time I just bought less and less but looked more and compared prices with my iPhone right in the store and so many items that they are selling are from Home Depot marked " RTV" (return to vendor) which Home Depot writes off and DONATES here and then many items are priced at the Home Depot selling price or very near to it! Many times I see used plumbing fittings, wire, etc.priced HIGER $$ Than Home Depot or Menard's. This store did give back to the area residents by selling their FREE DONATED items at very low AFFORDABLE prices but this is no longer the case at This Habitat ReStore I am sad to say. I now just eliminate wasting half a day checking to see if they have what I am needing due to the price gouging and just go right to Menard's or Home Depot and pay a few pennies difference or LESS.
Didn't find a lot, but a great place to look for furniture, glasses, tile, light bulbs, etc. Always changing selection
A wonderful store with a wonderful cause. I support their cause by shopping almost every day here. Then as I'm condensing things in my home I donate all my items here and only HERE. I have yet to find a staff member with a negative attitude towards their customers. This keeps me coming back.
Great place to find bargains on remodeling items, and good deals on light bulbs, and their paint is priced right as well!
Bought a nice loveseat.great price. 2 guys loaded it on my truck for me and gave me a bag of Christmas lights I was going to buy.it contained 2 sets brand new 200ct. You never know what you'll find but people are nice and place is clean!
Not a big store. Space is limited. It depends on what your looking for. Worth a try. Staff was friendly.
Always something new &fun to discover. I ALMOST don't want to tell anyone and keep this gem my lil secret but it is suck a fantastic place w awesome ppl, oi HAD to brag about it!
I used to stop in often just to see what they had and if I needed anything. My Mom loved this store. They still have amazing finds but the prices are just a little too high.
This review is about the nonresponsiveness of office staff.
I have left emails and phone messages trying to find out if I can arrange a pickup of furniture I have to donate. It's been a couple weeks and no response by phone or e-mail. Not the way to run ANY business especially not a business with a charitable purpose.
Great store that gives back to the community. They always have a great little selection of tools. Sometimes they even have entire kitchen cabinet sets.
