Kent State Ice Arena reviews
6 I dont like Ice arena's skate. I think this skate is cheap: (
Then some people is bad and I saw someone's blood.
I was confused.there need to strong monitoring officer. I think user must wear a gloves too.
Great rink clean and well lit.we come down for the youth hockey camps. Great job by the staff
A nice, clean arena with a concession stand and great staff. The lobby is welcoming and has lots of seating.
We love the facility but the University has decided to eliminate its second "Family" sheet of ice.
It's a real shame as the community made sure it was full and financially viable but things happen I suppose.
Nice place and fun to skate. Skating is $8 I think with skate rental included. I highly recommend bringing your own skates if you have any because they rarely (if ever) sharpen the blades. Dull blades make it much harder to skate. Also kind of annoying is that they run the Zamboni halfway through the open skate session and it doesn't really need to be done. It just cuts into the already short open skate and makes the ice too wet and slippery. Restrooms are nice and clean and there's a concession stand for food and drinks. Check their website for open skate dates and times.
I've been coming here since 2001. I have the same consistent experiences everytime. And being a BGSU graduate, I too can relate to the hatred for Carol Cartwright.
