Called to ask general questions, Sarah was not helpful and didn't even attempt to help. She was very short and pretty much cut me off. If the customer service with the receptionist wasn't great, I can only imagine how bad the service with the other staff would be.

If you have dental anxiety, Dr. Pelchovitz is the dentist for you! Very caring, puts you at ease, and takes the time to explain all options thoroughly. A+

Dr. Sherman saved me after months of pain from a cracked tooth that other dentists had missed. I was thankful to feel listened to and have a treatment plan I was comfortable with! He is a warm, welcoming dentist who truly knows his stuff. The staff at Kenwood Complete Dentistry are also very sweet and attentive.

Dr. Sherman and Dr. P, with all their staff, are wonderful! They are professional, compassionate (for someone who doesn’t always love the dentist) and they handle all my family’s dental needs (including my young kids- ages 6 & 3) so well.

The staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful. Everything is always explained thouroughly and they welcome any questions I may have. They arre willing to accommodate in scheduling every appointment. Every procedure that I have had done, ranging from a tooth extraction to a dental implant & crown, has gone very smoothly and they are great at limiting any discomfort. I don’t dread any procedure. It is simply the best dental service I have ever had. I came from out of state and I got lucky to pick this office.

Dr. Sherman and team are kind, caring and so professional. They always deliver compassionate stress-free procedures which I really appreciate as I am very sensitive to dental work. Dr. P. Has always taken care of my Dental needs from cleaning, extracting several teeth, putting on several crowns, today making a new bridge. I'm 76 years old and Dr. P.keeps my teeth in beautiful shape. Only Dentist my daughter and I would go to. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. Very helpful.

This was one of the best dentist experiences I have ever had! So glad to have come across this practice. I felt like I was in such good hands with Dr. Pelchovitz, who is super cool and personable on top of being excellent at his craft. Dentist scheduling and on-going office issues caused me to look else where after 3 weeks to get in to see a dentist.

Dr. Sherman is absolutely the best, most thorough dentist I have experienced. He has shown me things about my teeth no other dentist has prior. His photos and explanation of my mouth educated me on my current situations. He explained my options with advice but never pressured me. He went past the normal explanation and told me why each one would or would not be best.
I was a new patient at the time. But I have returned multiple times since. I am so happy I made the switch to his office.
His staff are also very friendly and take the time to explain my insurance as well as payment options. They also gave me advice that they used with their families.

I love Kenwood Comlete Dentistry and Dr. Pelchovitz. I am always treated with such care and everyone there knows me by name. I was always somewhat embarrassed by my smile.but not anymore! Dr. Pelchovitz worked with me to achieve a smile I never thought I could have, and it's so incredibly natural. He is such an artist and perfectionist, but also made me so comfortable and answered every question I had. Plus, their office is state of the art and convenient. I am a patient for life.

I’m a true dental phobic, and highly recommend Dr. Pelchovitz for dental work. Especially for anyone who is afraid of getting dental work done. He’s quick and reassuring, and does an excellent, efficient job. Also when I had a billing concern his staff was on it!

The dentists at Kenwood Complete Dentistry, Dr Sherman and Dr Pelchovitz, treat my whole family, even my grandson. They are caring and friendly to everyone who comes into the office. Their work is excellent and they are up to date with the latest in the dental field. The office personnel, hygienists and assistants work with the patients to make the total experience great.

I have bounced between dental offices for the past few years, after having some not very pleasant experiences. I am so, so glad that I finally found a practice that I love and that it's so close to my home. Everyone in the office is lovely, from check-in, the hygienists and the doctors. I've been seen by both dentists and they are both so thorough and most importantly, kind.

The office is clean and modern. So is the equipment. The doctor spends as much time with me as I need, even when I'm having a cleaning. My son, now beyond pediatric dentistry is going there for his appointments. It was an easy decision-it's fabulous.

I met Dr. Pelchovitz years ago at Speaking of Women's Health - and even with all the goodies you get, he was the best thing I found! I am a dentistry coward.and he not only got me up to snuff, he far exceeded my expectations with better billing arrangements than I ever could have imagined. I like to think I'm on his list of favorite patients, but something tells me ALL his patients are on that list. I recommend joining it!)
