5Always very helpful and knowledgeable I am a shade tree mechanic so I usually fix all my own stuff but when I can't, then kerns automotive is the only garage I trust.
Friendly staff, quick service! Called on Monday and was fixed up by Tuesday afternoon. Staff didn’t try to upsell me with services I didn’t need, even when I asked if they could schedule me in for routine maintenance. I will take my car back to them in the future.
(I had starter replaced on Accord and provided my own replacement part)
It was awesome, excellent mechanic. Explain what I needed told me the cost up front. And was fixed in good time. Amy the Secretary had a wonderful personality and knowledge of what you needed. Will go back and will give them a glowing review.
Problem was quickly found and repaired. No further issues since repair.
