Nice place to take your pets for a checkup and other medical needs. The staff is very friendly and they love their animal visitors and the vetinarian is very nice that we had will be coming here for our vet visits from now on

If you want a place for your pets needs, this is the place. They care for them as if they were their own. I will always take my pets to them.

They always have my 2 dogs best interest in mind. They get them in and out and my dogs like to go. I have also had great experiences when having to board my pups. Another great office visit.

I needed a place to take my best friend for 14 years, Diamond to be looked at when she suddenly started going down hill. I called Kettering animal hospital and they gave me an appointment that gave me a few extra hours with her before said appointment. I was thinking she just had an infection, but unfortunately that wasn't the case and the vet advised me to euthanize. I knew it was time, they let my husband and I have some time with her before the procedure. The staff was very sympathetic and helpful. I would like to thank all the staff for helping us during our heart breaking time and the vet who helped her leave this life in search of her next. They treated her with dignity and respect. I definitely recommend Kettering animal hospital for all your fur babies needs.

We love Dr. Praetor. We’ve been going to him for years. He’s helped us with sick dogs, doggie checkups, end of life, and welcoming a new puppy. We plan on continuing for him as long as is possible. Keep up the great work!

Very unprofessional group. Used to be a wonderful place with super people. Everyone is gone now. No one has talked to me! I had contact with the receptionist on Thursday. Records from Clyo Road emergency vet sent to you. I was told I couldn't get an appointment until May 3rd. Needed an appointment asap. Once again.a bunch of unprofessional people. Found a new vet also. My dog was put to sleep on the 28th of April. Can't wait to hear your stupid response. Never your fault, always the clients!

Everyone there had a positive attitude. All were well spoken and informative. Sweet with my big pup.

They help so much and great service to my dogs and cats and not to bad prices and they were very nice

I’ve been taking my pets here for over 20 years. The doctors are always super nice and helpful. It’s on the pricey side for sure but being a loyal client I don’t ever dispute. The staff however has definitely went downhill. Every time I call recently they are not friendly and sound inconvenienced by your call. I called last week to have my dog put down! My best friend be laid to rest! And they were totally rude! I ended up taking him somewhere else that was way more supportive and way less expensive. I just don’t understand how/why these women are in patient/pet care if they hate, or seem like they hate, their profession. Do better for your patients and their families!

Dr. Prueter was awesome, I didn't feel rushed, he's got a great vibe. Front staff is great.

First, I'd like to say I appreciate this office for the simple fact that they were able to see my cat on short notice for eating dental floss. They didn't have to see him and could have had the more expensive route with an emergency vet, so for that I'm thankful. Thats why a 2 star review is given here. This is not my regular vet because they couldn't see him on this day. I'll start by saying a few of the front desk staff are really nice and friendly, however the ones who aren't really outshine the pleasant ones. I saw them be rude to multiple people in my 30 minutes there in the waiting room. When speaking with the admission staff, I stated multiple times I wanted him evaluated and tests done to see where the floss might be, a possible endoscope to see. They kept saying "surgery" and I only wanted that as a last resort, as I made clear. They asked for a 500$ deposit which I gladly paid. I never received any other information or phone calls until 3 hours later, I got a call from the surgeon stating the surgery was done and they found no foreign bodies inside. I never received a phone call to proceed with or discuss treatment after testing. Just straight to surgery. I would have said absolutely not and requested more testing if he started acting different or showing symptoms of a blockage. He was acting fine going in, I was just worried as he's done this before and know it takes time for cats to show if theres a problem. Now he won't do anything but sit in the same spot and cry when I touch him. I was given 3 tablets of a med he's never been given with any of his other procedures and this isn't his first time as I said. He's miserable unnecessarily and Im so sad and in disbelief honestly. I'm unsure where the communication breakdown was, but given the fact they refunded me 520$ they must have made some error somewhere. Vets don't give refunds on services rendered, which makes me wonder if they even did the things they said prior to just cutting him open. I understand mistakes get made and things looked over at times as we're all human but I'm truly disgusted and will never trust this office with a loved one again.
