Literal worst place I’ve ever been to! The front desk lady, whose older she should have experience and knowledge of her job, didn’t. I felt like I was watching a child pretend to work. I came in multi times to be told something different every time! I guess the term hiring anyone really applies here!

Luckily I wasn’t that Ill because it was a lackadaisical experience. They seemed overwhelmed and half heartedly doing there jobs. Lots of silly laughter for a facility that is treating ill people. Plus having to yell why I was there because of social distancing myself from receptionist was humiliating. (Female issue) I’m sure the man in the waiting area was embarrassed. So much for Privacy. Also the whole experience took 2 hours. That’s a wee bit long to wait to be attended too. Hopefully KMC actually will read this and advise this location of my concerns.
On a side note the nurse that took my vitals was great. She was a sub for this facility.

I took a tumble and my leg start swell excessively so I went to the On Demand office at Cross Pointe Center. I was greeted promptly and courteously. The RN took my history and vitals. The Nurse Practitioner examined me and decided to X-ray which they have on site. We had the results within 10 minutes. I was on my way home in about 45 minutes. The staff are consummate and caring professionals. I highly recommend!

Spent over 2.5 hours waiting to be seen. No doc. The person that saw me didn't do a good job of checking things out and ultimately said it just had to run its course. Very inept! Don't waste your time here if you have other options.

Great facility! It took a while to be seen but that was because of the volume of patients not because of anything that anyone was doing wrong. I was very impressed with the level of care and all the employees I spoke to.

The Centerville location had very kind and efficient service. We were in and out in less than an hour which included lab work and X-ray. Couldn’t have been better.
However my doctor’s office had been suggested and we called ahead about 430 pm to ask if we needed appointment and how late they were open. They told just come- no appointment needed and they are open till 7 pm. We arrive right around 5 pm and we’re told “ we have a 4 hour wait time and we are not taking any more patients today. You can try again tomorrow” why didn’t they tell us that on the phone? Receptionist was very uncaring and rude. Will never go that location again. But Centerville put right into a room and saw almost on the spot and everyone was kind and polite.

This place is absolutely terrible, I showed up 30 minutes before they closed. The lady walked up said sorry already locked the door. Said if I didn’t leave she would call the police. All I needed was for them to take 15 minutes to look at a rash on my back and prescribe me an antibiotic. However that didn’t happen instead I was disregarded and disrespected. These people work in the medical field there job is to help people.the only thing that lady helped was her self by sitting on the clock for 30 minutes doing absolutely nothing.because the last thing she wanted to do was her job.

The doctor and staff were very friendly, thorough and answered all my questions. I was in and out very quickly.

Great experience. Quick intake, moved directly into an exam room, health provider came in soon thereafter and completed the procedure. I couldn't be HAPPIER from there service.

I had to wait about 40 minutes to recieve care. They said that they were unusually busy that day so take that with a grain of salt.

I honestly don’t know what I would do without this place. Everyone was so kind and took excellent care of me. Thank you so much!

From the receptionist to the clinical staff who treated my son, it was the most pleasant staff I’ve ever experienced. Very efficient and thorough. I’m definitely recommending.

Got in quick as walk in. Everyone was friendly and attentive. I went away with no antibiotics (told didn’t quite need them yet) and ended up at Kettering urgent care 3 days later sicker than I’ve ever been (not covid either). Wish they had treated me then prior to getting so bad.

So convenient. Dr Leah is always thorough and attentive, I don’t think twice to come here whenever I need medical care in a pinch.

The people here are amazing. The receptionist Deb was so patient with me. And the Dr was amazing.
