Kettering Health On-Demand Care - Springboro

It was my first time at Kettering On Demand in Springboro. I loved how quickly I was seen and all my questions answered. I will definitely recommend go there again!

Experience was great was unable to make call to make appointment by phone or to go online, had to go there to get my appointment and then come back. Doctor was very knowledgeable but didn’t offer any medication for inflammation/tendinitis which was swollen & painful. I do appreciate you being available.

It's great to know when I'm feeling miserable and don't have an appt and it's a holiday. Kettering will let me in! The receptionist was extremely accommodating to me and the PA was able to work around my pharmacy restrictions. Thx you so much for being open on the holiday, my family has a new clinic now

From the moment you check in, to Kelly collecting your vitals ahead of the CNP greeting your care, I would go anywhere else.

The doctor was the nicest and very patient. She was sympathetic and listened- really listened and then got down to business. Was in and out within 45 minutes and I have to say I always want to go to my doctor in the building and now I am very comfortable with the staff at on demand. Thank you

I didn't have to wait that long and I was there for only 15 minutes. The lady at the desk for on demand was really nice and the nurse and doctor was nice too!

Walked in, treated very kindly and was seen, received treatment in just over an hour. Good experience.

The doctor I saw was great! She was so nice and thoughtful. The nurse I saw was the complete opposite she seemed bothered and lacked compassion and far from friendly. I also was taken back to the room with in 10 min which was fantastic! However I waited in there to be seen for 45 min before anyone came in to see me. At that point the nurse came in to take my vitals then I waited another 35 min to see the doctor. It also didn’t look busy and they didn’t say anything about a long wait when I was Checked in so I was confused.

Everyone was very nice, especially Rebecca the PA. She reviewed options for pain relief and I appreciated being given options. Thanks!
