Never again! Rude owner Dave! Did not want to refund my shirt order from Nov 9 that still wasn’t ready for my kids school concert Dec 14. I’ve talked to him twice in the last month only for him to act super defensive each time and not agree to a refund. Never see customer service act so rude and almost felt like he wanted to pick a fight…. Each call.

A great place to get high school spirit wear. They also carry area high school t-shirts and spirit wear. Cleveland sports teams and other sports items available. It is a great place to shop. Highly recommend!

Dave the owner helped me out even when it was not going to give him any business nor money. He went above and beyond giving me numbers to help me fix my issue.thank you so much! I have purchased many things in his store for my father has Army stuff amd my children and myself Brunswick things but thos time he had no clue who I was nor if I had ever even been in his store! This makes me a forever customer.

Key Profits is a great locally owned business that I approached with a project for custom apparel but I needed some special accomodations. Key Profits went above and beyond my expectations. Great customer service and the price I was charged was well under the budget I had set aside for the project. I highly recommend this company and I will be back for any other projects.
