7I love Devin, Dave and the entire team! Best decision I made: to bank with Keybank in Twinsburg.
Terrible bank. Was told I could not pay (in cash) my property tax because I did not have an account there but my son does. Called another key bank branch and they said I could pay it at there branch, then was told I couldn't due to money laundering issues! Will never deal with this bank again.
Conveniently located in the center of Twinsburg. Free parking. Full service branch of the regional bank headquartered in Cleveland. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Curtrious service. Atm on site.
Hands down the worst bank I've ever delt with. I opened my account at this branch and had all sorts of hidden fees not disclosed to me.
A good bank I'd go if you need help with anything money related.
