Signed the slip to close my account completely. A couple months later i get a notice that i owe them money for not using the account i closed. Always trying to scam you.

Extremely poor customer service thru out this bank, especially at the drive thru window.a disconnected look in their eyes.no smile ever, almost like they actually dont enjoy their careers choice.plus they are fee happy beyond belief.like a loan sharking operation.why do and did we have not one issue at pnc bank down the street in the last two years.so i am suggesting strongly that pnc or my wife's fifth third bank no fee account is actually the way to go for seniors.no minimum requirements to maintain your account with a social security direct deposit acc.no fear of the bank attaching your hard earned money's.go pnc go fifth third bank.and the workers were like family and treated you with the up most old school service.good day to all.
