I deposited a customer's check into my business account on 8/5 and the ATM ate my check and card. No big deal, notified the corporate headquarters that day (Saturday) and the local branch (Main St. In Sylvania) the following Monday. 3-weeks later and they can't find the check! I had to give them my customers information to verify I'm not a fraud a week ago.still nothing! I was told by the manager that the ATM was old and was supposed to be replaced already, so it shouldn't be used until replaced. Yet, there is no sign on the ATM warning, nor a prompt on the screen. I've been told "it should be taken care of today or tomorrow" for a week now and the letter from Corp. Said the problem "should" be resolved in 90 days! So if you or your small business need access to your money in less than 30-90 days go inside, use the app or find a different bank! They have no ability or will to handle locally and corporate doesn't seem to have the procedures or man power in place to handle a simple problem.
I asked to speak to the managers boss yesterday, she responded at 10: 30pm saying she tried her best, with no superiors info. I asked again who I need to speak to @ 6am, no response as of 2pm.
This should be simple check and balance. We show 100 deposits, but have 101 checks, or replace the ATM, or warn the public. Options are endless, your responses have not been.

The gentleman in the office (Edward I believe) likes to treat people as if they are second class citizens. He is rude, judgmental, and inappropriate. I had two bad experiences with him and chalked them both up to bad days, BUT, This is my THIRD experience with him treating my horribly. I will be moving my business immediately. Kelly is the best part about that office and I’m certain the only reason people go there, and the reason I stuck around as long as I have.

Welcome to your 24 hour Key Bank ATM. This is located where the drive thru used to be, not at the building but under the canopy. You can drive there off Summit street near the intersection of Monroe.

I went to this branch it was very good, there is woman her name Sophie who is very nice, respectful and helpful.
She is great person.

I had given one star. Frustrated by lack of tools and training staff has had regarding certain tasks. These are all good people. But I admit that I struggle with Key's overall policies. I was not constructive in my prior review. Bad form.
