I was charge extra for a service charge, which I agreed because it was a Sunday. Sure, why not?
Was charged $80 for a $10 deadbolt, like, cmon. Sure, I was in a rush.
I paid what I paid for the service, I don’t ever dispute that.
However, when I asked the gentleman I’d he was going to leave all the sawdust spread all over the floor from the mess he made and he responds, “They don’t pay me to clean, ” I have to tell you, , a sign of either terrible company policy or a terrible employee. It’s one or the other.
I will never use this company again
