2 Luis came to our house to help us with an issue with our car key. My kid just bought a 2003 tracker, and it came with only one key. The key did not work at all of the doors, and we thought that perhaps the issue was that he had been degraded over the years. Luis told us that we would need to special order keys from Canada and the cost would be $200 for two new keys. He then charged us a $60 fee/deposit.
We later learned that this is not the case, and we were able to have the keys remade at Home Depot for roughly 5 dollars each. We were lied to and grossly overcharged. Absolutely lied to and we will be following up with our credit card company
The key I ordered and paid for at Giant Eagle key kiosk worked fine and it was delivered quickly. Thank you.
