The team is wonderful and inviting! They make the experience fun for my child. They actually enjoy the dentist!

The whole team cares for my toddler as if she was their own child. I love the attention, care, and explanation she gets at each appointment. I never feel rushed when my daughter needs a minute. The staff is more than happy to connect and play with her. I'll never go anywhere else!

Keystone is geared toward putting the young patients at ease. The waiting room is inviting and the wait time is minimal. Dr. Katie and Dr. Emily are wonderful. They, and the whole staff, take time with the child and explain each step of the exam. Highly recommend.

Our son was referred to Keystone almost a year ago. His hygienist, Dawn, is absolutely wonderful, comforting him and giving him choices and encouragement during his cleaning. I can tell he believes his feelings are valued. He struggles with anxiety at the dentist, and in such a short time he has made so much progress. Dr. Katie is just as compassionate and sweet. She gently guides him through the exam and has so much patience. Absolutely fantastic group of people at this dentistry.

I drive from Fairlawn to Medina for the best care for my kids. The doctors and staff are always friendly. And; very helpful. A wonderful change from where we were.

I took my 3 year old son to Keystone Pediatric Dentistry for his first dentist appointment. The entire experience was excellent! Everyone in the office made sure he was included and comfortable. I am so impressed! I highly recommend Dr Emily and Michelle the hygienist.

I was referred here to handle a cavity that I was told by another dentist needed general anesthesia. They not only squeezed my daughter into their already full schedule, but took care of the cavity, with local anesthetic only, the same day. Trust your gut if you feel you need a second opinion! Keystone was so awesome with my 5 year old!

We found a gem with this place. Everyone is friendly and happy. My girls are comfortable there and that means the most.

My 4 year old daughter fell and injured her front teeth. She wasn’t eating, drinking, was super swollen, and in a lot of pain. I called her pediatric dentist, and long story short, they refused to see her. A good friend told me about Keystone Pediatric Dentistry. I called, praying that they would see her. They took her immediately! I literally cannot say enough good things about them! Dr. Emily was so kind and reassuring to my daughter, and the office staff treated her like a little princess. They are a busy office, had no room in their schedule today, but made time for an injured little girl that had previously not been a patient there. That meant the world to me, and I don’t plan on ever going anywhere else. Thank you KPD!

All four of our children are cared for at Keystone. There are no fears and no tears. The team knows us all by name. Dentists and technicians are extremely knowledgable and caring. Simply the best!
