Food was good, the girl taking orders was also the only person prepping food, I was in the store Over 10 minutes before I ever had my order taken, many other people Came in, saw the line and left.

Worst service ever. I had a seminar at a hotel with an hour lunch. We waited in line for 45 mins with 2 people in front of us. The poor lady working the register was also getting people's orders and I'm pretty sure the drive thru as well. We got our food with no time to eat. The lady did a great job of keeping it together because i would have been yelling at my coworkers to keep up. A guy ordered online and his order should have been ready To go when he got there, it was not, he had to wait for 15 mins. So he talked to the manager and got that lady some help finally.

At this one the chicken was hot and fresh the chicken tenders tasted fresh cooked popcorn chicken as well. And the staff was nice as well. But only 4 stars cause my table was dirty.

We arrived at kfc about 2: 30 PM. We went thru the drive thru. I had ordered a chick.en pot pie and an 8pc. Original recipe bucket of chicken. The said it would be 4 minutes before the order would come out. That was okay. We got our order and the pot pie fill up was great hot and fresh, however the 8 pcs of chicken looked over fried it was hard, dried out and greasy. You can't fix it if you don't know about it. I usually give better rating but I can in this case. Thanks

I had mostly stopped going here because the service had gotten pretty bad - wrong items in my order, and really slow. Then they got really good for a couple of months so I started going more often. Now they have unfortunately gotten bad again. I've had problems during the last three visits - today I waited at the counter for at least five minutes and nobody even acknowledged my presence. I hope they can get back to being good again. For now I will go elsewhere.

The customer service was good. The guy tried. Bisquits we're not done. Raw in fact. Cinamon bisquits we're doughy and not good at all. I'll stop Wed. And tell them. Chicken was good. Mashed potatoes good. Gravy pls hg et white.

Just ordered from this kfc on my way home to Mason. Get home and the chicken is old and dry. Order was completely wrong! I asked for mashed potatoes and gravy, they didn’t give me gravy, I asked for corn and they gave me dried out Mac n cheese. I’ve been calling for the past hour and of course there phone line is busy and not taking calls. This was my worst experience at this kfc and maybe kfc of all time.

Have spent 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch waiting in the drive thru. Have been sitting at the drive thru for a good 5 mins and no one has even acknowledged me.bc they have one person working. Several ppl drove off while I was waiting. I probably should have bc I don’t even have time to eat the food that I got. No utensils in the bag. No receipt so I could fill out the survey.

Best dine-in experience at any KFC! Lady at counter and the guy handling the order were perfect. Steam was coming out of my first order which is why I ordered again. Everything was perfect. Although, one time I ordered for home delivery and the chicken tasted weird and the other time, it was good. I think dine-in is the best option here. I feel carry-outs or home delivery spoil the taste.

Shame on you for selling your chicken wings and legs as regular pieces of chicken. They are so small they should be catergorized as "party" wings and should be priced accordingly.

My wife went in order chicken strips dinner to go.said they were very nice people, service was great.the food was hot and good

The service so bad and the cashier there he is theft and the chicken greasy and they didn’t give my order right that’s why all kfc close go out of business bad management so nasty really they need new management there and the health department they have to stop there

Their website says they are open til 10pm. I sat in the drive thru from 9: 35pm til 9: 45pm waiting for someone to take my order. Called the store repeatedly n on the 5th attempt someone finally answered just to tell me sorry we are closed now. Even though their website said they were open for another 15 minutes. That's fine, that's another restaurant I get to scratch off my list. Thanks for nothing.

It's the chicken equivalent to McDonald's. It's nothing fancy, nothing spectacular, and it's a hit or miss on freshness. The flavors are consistent (and good) and is generally a safe bet. Chicken pot pie last night was half empty in the shell and dry for example. Hit or miss but fills a belly - hardly an experience.

We stopped here specifically for the Cinabon Dessert biscuits. 4- for $3. The service was prompt, the biscuits were warm and drenched in delicious Cinabon topping. Couldn't get a pic, they went so fast. (I know this review ends up being more about the biscuits, but they're what stood out)

Not sure how a place that only does chicken can be out of chicken, and why it takes 30 minutes to make some! Came for original recipe and they have no white meat/breasts in original. Said it takes 10 minutes to prep and 20 to fry. Bad time management by the cook apparently as he didn't pay attention that he was out. Nothing extra given to have to substitute. Just stick with crispy or none. Sad.
