KFC, Medina OH

Went there for lunch the food was good! But the girl taking the order an working the window was really rude an nasty! There was no need for that it wasn't are fault she had to work!

Ordered 3 piece dark meat w/ 2 sides & received a breast, wing & leg, took it back in to correct the order ended up with 3 legs & a thigh which were very dried out. The dining room was flooded & closed due to heavy rain. I would rather they would have said they weren't cooking then get the meal I did. The Cole slaw & mashed potatoes were fine.

Chicken sandwich cold and so was the fries.
Looking for a Chicken sandwich your better off going to McDonald's.

Terrible service had 6 people pull to the front instead of waiting for there food in the drive through which took over 25 min for them to bring it out

Walked in rugs were filthy! Doors had not been cleaned since 1922. Floor behind counter.yuck. Got food home.not warm. Wrong choice

Bad chicken. This restaurant had good chicken in the past however, it is no longer good. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken tenders, fries and a drink. Sorry to say but the strawberry lemonade was the only good thing. The chicken tenders were very tough and chewy and flavorless. The fries were OK. My husband had the extra crispy chicken which he always enjoyed and said it wasn't good either. I would not recommend this restaurant to others.

Ordered $20 fill up extra crispy when i got home it was original crispy

Wow! What a change. This place has done a complete 360 to about 7 months ago. They were quick in the drive thru even with a long line and with a large order. Much much better experience. Thumbs up KFC staff at 3: 30pm shift on a weds. Excellent service!

Fries container was upside down and had fries everywhere in the bag. Also did not get any plasticware.but at least the food was fresh. Forgot the pickles too: (

Food is great yet I have never once gotten a 100% correct order here. Whether it be sauce, a drink, or even a whole item, expect something to be wrong or missing.

Ordered (2) 3 piece meals. Requested lemonade and they were out of lemonade at 2 pm. Ok no problem. Paid an upcharge for the 2 breast, 1 wing option. Both meals were 2 thighs and a drum.

I have been waiting 45 minutes to get the order for a third party delivery app. I and the customer are both left hanging. Do not order delivery here.

This particular KFC always has a long wait time compared to others in the area. While the staff is always friendly, the quality of the food preparation doesn't seem to match the KFC standards set elsewhere (chicken was dry and food was cold). The drive thru lane, while probably not the fault of KFC itself, but the landlord, is in need of serious repair. Best to head inside if you car about your vehicle

I like KFC chicken, this store just always seems to disappoint. I have yet to be able to get a 12 piece bucket with the order I wanted.

Had the original, not extra crispy, leg & thigh dinner. Love that smell & that semi-freshness of the chicken when it comes through, & this time it didn't disappoint me. Go 4 it, people & enjoy!

They have the most incompetent staff I have ever seen. The can NEVER get an order right and they never give you forks or spoons. I guess they expect you to eat mashed potatoes with you hands?
Management has been informed and doesn't care.
If you must eat here, check your order before you pull away from the window!

The young man at the counter smiled and said good morning every to everyone as the walked threw the door. He was very friendly and a helpful young man. Food was great!

Ordered a 8pc bucket & took forever. Every time we go there, takes forever & they mess up the order!
