18Stopped by with my wife and daughter after doing some last minuet Christmas shopping. I believe the guys who helped us were named Conor and Brandon and they provided such a great and personable service. Asked for a few different sauces and they remembered all of them. They were extremely nice to my 2 year old daughter who was throwing a fit. They were even able to calm her down. 5 out of 5 stars!
Cleanest restaurant ever. Fast service. Really nice staff. And food hit the spot! Other KFCs take note. This place has it going on!
Dining room was a little dirty, but staff was great and very helpful. Food was very good. We could hear the young lady in the kitchen. She was on top of things and very organized

I stopped in for lunch. I dine in, the place was very clean. They took my order promptly. The meal was good. Bathroom was clean also.

Probably one of the best KFCs I've been too. The food is always fresh and hot. The employees are all super friendly. Definitely a great KFC experience.
Placed an order through their mobile app about a week ago and chose the Quick Pickup option. Arrived at the store, went to the front doors, and they were locked. A sign on the door clearly stated that doors are open for mobile orders.so I waited. I could see 4-5 employees inside, and figured surely one of them would see me and come open the door. They didn't. Eventually I knocked on the door.they all ignored my knock. At this point clearly I'm frustrated, so I called the store to tell them I arrived for a Quick Pickup through mobile order. The store manager, Brandon, told me he doesn't have enough staff to open the lobby doors, so I'll have to come through the drive thru.
At this point I'm really frustrated because I could have found out he was understaffed 5 minutes earlier if he'd placed a sign on the front door advising all mobile orders to proceed to the drive thru due to staffing issues. Very simple solution. Once I arrived at the drive thru pickup window, I advised them of my idea about the sign on the front door. The store manager casually and arrogantly walks over to the window and leans down in his own Cool Hand Luke style and proceeds to tell me that I don't have to order from his store if I don't like that he didn't hang a sign on the door. He literally didn't want my suggestion or business.
I will definitely not give that KFC store my business unless and until that Brandon is permanently removed, as he is the sorriest excuse for a manager I've ever seen.
Placed an order online to pick up at 6: 15. Email said to go inside and pick up. At 6: 11 the doors are locked and I’m told to go through the drive thru, which has 6 cars lined up and isn’t moving.
Worst experience of my life at a kfc. I was the only one in line at the drive thru tonight and I was getting food for my job so I had 3 separate orders to place. They refused to do more than two so I literally had to drive back around through the empty drive through to order my final order. Then to top it off my food looked like this. I’m so beyond irritated at this kfc and will prolly never eat here again.
Outside is clean with plenty of parking. There is Three big signs that say PICK UP MOBILE ORDERS INSIDE. Well guys you might want to unlock the doors. Delivering has become a main source job for many so wasting there time from parking, then going to door to see that it is locked, get back in car to go get in line at drive through behing the cars that got ahead of you while we wasted that time. One star because its wrong to mess with someones money. Oh and because your drive thru is slow. Probably the slowest out of the 7 i retrieve orders from.
Went here for lunch and was told they are not opening up till noon as they have 15 online orders that are more important than the customers in line wanting lunch. Horrible customer service. OR IF YOU HAVE TO EAT HERE ORDER ONLINE THEY TAKE PRIORITY
A restaurant that sells unsweetened tea but doesn't have any diabetic sweetner. But they did have excuses as to why they didn't have it. I will say the tea was fresh. I know because it was still warm. And they didn't put any ice in the cup.
The chicken was okay but I didn’t like the way of treating us in this store. Whether you are ordering online or in person you have go to the same drive through car lane to pick up your order just in case if you ordered online which I completely disagree. You have to handover the ordered food through a separate lane rather than in the drive through pick up.
I was told I had to go all the way through the drive-thru again to add a side of corn to know I've worked in fast food and all you got to do is go back to the order add it on there and give a new Total it's not complicated in addition they did not listen and drive through I wanted the orders split and then they total them all up together and when I complained about it they were rude I will let everybody know to how I was treated at this KFC in addition to calling your district manager to whom I do have the number.
They've done a lot better job with her meal prep in a food taste better save me driving down into the hood to Popeye's Chicken or chicken sandwiches very very comparable to the Popeye's chicken sandwich
Fish has to much breading. Quality of food in the buffet is not like it used to be. 10 years ago or more, people used to talk about how great the buffet was and come here. Not anymore.
As of August 8,2021, NO DINE IN, and no plans to offer indoor dining anytime soon! Instead, all of the KFCs in the area are using this dining room for storage. We were offered outdoor dining, but the tables and seats were all dirty. Sorry, KFC, your food may still be good, but you lie through your teeth when continuing to advertise dine in! You went from 4 stars to 1 in my book. A little honesty would be nice.
