KFC, St Clairsville OH

On a short trip out of town we stopped here as it was close to our hotel and we were out of other options being 950pm on a Sunday night. I checked the official app to make sure they were even open hours listed were close at 1030 ok we are good this shouldn't be a problem, hahaha. Upon pulling up to the speaker we were greeted with "we are all out of chicken sandwiches chicken tenders, and Mac n cheese" ok that stinks but we can still work with it.how about an 8pc meal w/ mash potatoes, gravy, fries, and a famous bowl.pull up to the window and we are told we needed to wait for fresh fries no problem I will happily wait for FRESH food:) we get our food and head to the hotel (across the street 30 seconds away) get to our room unpack the food and attempt to have our dinner.fries were soggy mashed was runny and worst of all the chicken was dried out, cold, bland, and the "crispy breading" was like chewing a rubber band If I had to guess after working in restaurants and quick service in the past I would say it was at least two hours old it literally put a bad taste in our mouths we will not be returning.we would be better off going to Walmart and finding something frozen to microwave in our room than waste the $35 here again

Foods been fresh and tasty last few visits. I think they are (or was) having issues with workers. No one is wants to work sadly. The manager usually waits on me. He’s great to deal with. I’ll be stopping atleast once a week.

Quick, hot and hits the spot. Chicken really good. Mac and cheese creamy and the coleslaw cold. This place has had a bad run but they are back. When the kids want a bucket I’m coming here.

Literally takes 20 mins to get through the drive thru- you wait at the speaker box for several minutes to give your order & then wait another 10 mins at the window, just to get told to pull up to wait on something else. I'm not sure if it's a staffing problem or a staff performance issue, but they truly don't seem like they're in any rush whatsoever ‍️

They had no mtdew at all. To top it off they didn't have the right chicken. Not very friendly what so ever.

This place is awful! Have stopped on two different occasions for KFC fried chicken and they are always out! Always! They tell me they have Long John Silvers, if I wanted LJS I would have ordered that! They never have any cars outside, so I guess that ought to say something. But again, I will think twice before visiting this location again! Beware! If you want KFC, I would suggest finding a different location!

Me and my fiance had went inside the place hoping for a good timing since we were in a rush to go places and wanted a quick meal well we stood inside for 38 mins and they had no one come to us or anything so we thought maybe since they were doing drive thru we should go there so we went to the drive thru and they said welcome back to our restaurant like you saw us inside and didn't even tell us anything then once we started ordering we got a 16 piece meal and a famous bowl which as always doesn't take long we'll she told us we had to wait 30 mins so right now we are sitting waiting for our food that we paid full price for and had to waste our night away here.

ME AND MY FIANCE WENT INSIDE AND HAD TO WAIT 35 MINS AND NO ONE WAS EVEN UP FRONT AND ON TOP OF THAT WE WENT INTO THE DRIVE THRU AND THE PERSON HAD TOLD US WE HAD TO WAIT 30 MINS IN DRIVE THRU AND SO WE ARE WAITING FOR OUR STUFF RN AND WE ARE NOT HAPPY WHAT SO EVER

Stopped here on a road trip and got a sandwich I was driving so I didn't realize until my last couple bites that it was raw on the inside and I didn't eat the rest of the trip I woke up the next day with food poisoning

Every time I go there I have to end up fighting with people to get what I want. Half the time they won't give you the pieces you want, even if you're willing to pay extra for them. The other half of the time they charge you extra and then don't give you the pieces! I am done going there.

Asked for ketchup and butter for my food, got nither and waiting 17 minutes in the drive through for my food.this place never gives you what you ask for no matter how clear it is.

I did not have an experience, was at the St. Clairsville KFC at 7: 30pm on a Friday and they said sorry they were closed.

I have never in my life known of 2 fast food restaurants being in one building before but it's awesome. Love their KFC fries

The kid behind the counter didn't seem like he had been trained real well but over all it was not a bad experience.

St. Clairsville KFC is the absolute worst, that I've ever visited. Along with being a ripoff! I'm trying to contact corporate, as I type. 2 separate 3 wings and a biscuit cost me $15.00! Actually, $14.98, but they took it upon themselves to round up my 2 cents, and put it toward the KFC FOUNDATION! I feel so violated on so many levels, when 3 wings only cost $1.99 at any other location!

When did they eat with my family and there was an older lady at the counter complaining about the color of her original chicken which was disgustingly dark it's stressingly dark. It seems like this KFC is still never going to change and it's back to not changing the oil I get is supposed to be but the worst part wasn't even that period the worst part was having the Worker at the KFC literally berating her screaming at her that that's what she was getting and she wasn't getting a refund or anything so she could just sit there and eat it. This place has been horrible for years management changing every month because it's a horrible place. But I've never seen a lady treated like that in my life that in my life. Why couldn't you just refund her the money? You made her sit there and eat disgusting food by berating and screaming and yelling at her In front of other people. You guys want livable wages but if you want to treat people like dirt Too lazy to even clean oil or even to clean the store I will be getting ahold of corporate and the help department
