KFC, Wilmington OH

Orderd 2 spicy chicken breast sandwiches got home and they were 2 very small chicken tender’s on both sandwiches with no pickles and barely any sauce… this has happens twice now and have had to go back and have them replace both sandwiches with full breast …. Josh the manager was very apologetic and remade them immediately… won’t be going back anytime soon!

They don't seem to give a Cluck. Who ever gave me this bucket of chicken, just didn't care about what they were putting out

This is suppose to be a small mashed potato WITH gravy…look at the amount left on the potatoes after picking burnt gravy from the top.i got a #8 paid $11.74 for horrible service and food.

So an hour before closing which is 1030 but sais open until 11 online. Go through the drive thru and I’m told only thing they can give me is left overs which is chicken strips and sides only. Really left overs. So that means my food isn’t cooked to order. And has been sitting for however long. Im really po about this because from experience on being a leader in a restaurant u aren’t supposed to start closing until your done serving costumers. Meaning don’t shut down the grill and expect to go home at the time of the store closing for costumers. Give yourself an hr extra after closing time for your time to go home. So people can get what they pay for. Smh

The service was great. The food was hot and tasty. Only downfall. They were out of about 5 important items.

23 minutes for our food, told us to park on the street & they'd bring it out, waited 15 minutes & went inside: signs all over the place no refunds & another 7 minutes of waiting for the world's shittyest chicken. They didn't give any kind of a warning it was going to be THAT long.it didn't even taste good, the chicken little & fries were cold. 23 minutes for cold fries smh

Today is the third time I've tried to go to this KFC on my lunch break and the doors have been locked. I understand places are short staffed but there isn't even a note on the door stating the dining room is closed.

If you go here make sure you check your food every single time because they don’t listen to what you want and put something entirely different. Don’t know if it’s the music they have blaring from their phones making them so distracted, but you’ll end up paying for the meal you ordered which is more expensive than what they gave you. It’s happened 3 times in one week for me.

I mean it's chicken not the best you can eat nor is it the worst if you want quick chicken that won't kill ya unlike Joe's back ally chicken shack this will do the trick

Very friendly and super helpful staff to us as we were travelling from out of town. Very welcoming and professional.

The restaurant was clean and well ordered, the staff was attentive and personable, and the food was amazing and came out quickly.

Ordered the new nuggets. They were almost as small as popcorn chicken. 8 PC for 4.99 is just a little ridiculous. They tasted ok, you could tell they were over cooked. Kind of rubbery chewing it. Not worth the money.

I love this KFC except for a single employee named ruby she is extremely rude should never work in customer service.

Could’ve given a -1 star if possible, the worst ever experience I ever had with kfc.
Personally, I love kfc and I thought I’ll get some kfc for brunch. Then Ordered from these guys, i ordered sauce as side and even paid extra for sauce.
1. I did not receive any sauce
2.the crispy flour around the chicken is undercooked.
3. Food is cold
The reason why I choose delivery is because I have no car with me at the moment.
When i call the restaurant asking where is my sauce, the guy simply says, ooh i forgot to keep sauce, you can come and get it for free and hung up and never lifts my calls again in the span of an hour.
The fxk? If i can come over to get it why would i lose money on a delivery?
Very worst experience, especially with the kfc, it is first time for me also and very shocking.
If you fee like eating good kfc use another store not this one

Ordered an 8 pc bucket extra crispy. It was mostly wings and legs. No thighs. Wings were dry and overcooked, legs were not extra crispy and breasts were overcooked dry and spicy. We can't eat spicy. Awful!

Ordered the spicy chicken sandwiches, they were just out of the fryer and tasted great! They were fairly spicy, hotter than I thought they would be.

Every time we decide to have KFC something is always missing from the order. It's not my job to make sure it's in the bag it's the job of the individual that chose to work there. When we call and tell them they shorted the order they are happy to offer the forgotten items. So after paying for it and returning for it your into a sandwich for 18 bucks and 45 minutes of driving. DO YOUR JOB.

I had to wait 20 minutes on my order and what I wanted they did not have and two of the employees were vaping in the kitchen

Extremely terrible experience. Lobby closed and was drive thru only. We was picking up a pot pie for delivery and they didn't have any. Could not substitute with a famous bowl due to no popcorn chicken. So we parked by front door while we alled customer to see what he wanted to do. While sitting there an employee outside smoking allowed an elderly man and woman who parked right in front of where he was sitting walk up to the door and find out the lobby was closed. To lazy to even tell them. Then the same employee cursing very loudly at another employee because he wanted to go home. Poor professionalism.

Good place to eat good food friendly people they even go out of their way to try and save you a little money on your order
