KFC, Fremont OH

Ordered some lunch from KFC I got three chicken strips couldn’t even call them chicken strips.

Have to say, the drive-thru was busy and there was a couple inside eating then my mom and I went inside to eat, we had to wait to be served because there was only three people working but they was friendly and doing the best they could to get orders out.
JOB WELL DONE KFC!

The restaurant was closing in 20 min so the workers were already cleaning up and were unwilling to cook what I wanted to order witch was any boneless chicken

Got a famous bowl and a breast box. Asked to substitute fries for mashed potatoes. Got home no fries no spoon or spork no napkins. It's been a couple of months since I went back because they messed up my last order. Probably not going back. For 13 bucks got ripped off and can't get an order right Ive never had this problem from Lee's and they will get my business from now on.

WOW, this store has problems! FOOD: Greasy, over cooked dark brown and cold, not evan luke warm. MANAGEMENT: Allows employees to wear what looked like a dog collar with the KFC uniform. Employee hygiene was lacking, walking dead looking, yes the dead. Felt I the costumer was a burden to them an inconvenience. Owner needs frequent surprise visits at odd hours.

Service was not the best, and food depends on the KFC you are visiting. This one was awful.

The workers are so sweet and nice. One worker knows sign language and it's much easier to communicate and quickly.

The chicken is in a class of its own. Just smelling it down the street makes me turn every time

Chicken bowl, best idea since deep fried chicken. With an orange mountain dew, you can't go wrong.

Haven’t had KFC in years my boyfriend and i had a bad experience.the food was dry tough and old tasted like rubber they forgot everything we had asked for.we won’t ever be back

Pitiful! Paid for breasts and got over breaded thighs…. Poor quality I might ad. They have had bad chicken for years I thought I’d see if it’s any better and it definitely is not. $30 down the drain. I wouldn’t go back if they were giving it away.

Chicken over cooked burnt and dry, no butter? What's up & try the honey if you can get it out of package (old& thick) nuggets taste like rubber must have been microwaved. Don't use your coupon until you check menu prices cheaper not to use coupons!? !

Ordered thru door dash and only received half my order no mashed potatoes and gravy no coleslaw no napkins or eating utensils food was cold my soda was only almost half empty no ice horrible experience please avoid this location.

Terrible service and terrible food ordered thru doordash had half a drink with a single ice cube did not recieve mac and cheese or potatoes, tea tasted like it was a week old and chicken was dry. 100% DO not reccomend.

Haven’t been to this location in years and I was quite surprised at the service and the quality of food. I couldn’t find what I originally order on the menu but the drive thru employee helped assist in what I needed in a very kind, speedy manner. Definitely be back. Good job kfc little bit of kindness goes a long way.

I got a 3 piece meal and its taste was not good and my husband got a spicy chicken sandwich and it was tough. Very disappointed.

First KFC with indoor dining we have seen in a LONG time the kids loved it AND you had 8 pot pies for us!

Disrespectful employees, undercooked food incomplete order last time I got there tried to contact a manager no answer and the just pull phone off the hook to stop calls great business not

Ordered original and got crispy that appears to have been made hours before. It was awful.

Food was very good but everything kept going low & was not filled right away. It's a small buffet so it shouldn't be difficult to keep up with. They have no mac & cheese on the buffet!
