It's great when they don't mess up yoir order or they actually have what you want to order. And prices are stupid, definitely don't get yr money's worth.

Back in AUGUST we ordered a 12 piece chicken only, extra crispy, we got home, more than 20 minutes away, opened our bucket, we did not get ANY BREASTS, they replaced with thighs, the chicken was not extra crispy. I emailed the company on my receipt, they replied that I would get a voucher, it is now 2 MONTHS, still haven't received a voucher, even though I emailed several times to "remind" the company! KFC in Willard has lost another customer!

It was delicious! I just love the extra crispy chicken because it reminds of good old home cooking just like grandma used to make and u always get greated with a smile. U guys are the best. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS. WILARD OHIO

I ordered two chicken sandwiches, they were okay. I also ordered large order of french fries, and I don't know if they sat around for an hour or so, but when I got home they were so hard my dogs had a hard time eating them! There's no way I could eat them. What a disappointment KFC!

First and foremost, math is obviously hard for these employees. They are broadcasting a 10 piece special that comes with 3 lg sides, 4 biscuits, 4 cookies and half gallon of tea. We asked for 2 extra biscuits. We only received 4 still and only 8 pieces of chicken. Would’ve been fine had 4 of the pieces that we received not been bite sized. When we noticed we were missing the extra biscuits we drove back through only to be given attitude for asking for what we were missing. We proceeded to ask for honey and was handed 4 packs for 6 biscuits.
I was willing to let the math issue go but the way the younger man reacted to us when asking for food we paid for was unnecessary. Will not be back, so sad.

Ordered 8 piece bucket of original recipe chicken. The chicken was over cooked and the coating was almost burned. Horrible, dry, inedible.

I called in my order 3-20$ fill ups 2 with regular sides 1 with Mac & cheese for all sides and a pot pie meal with a lemonade to drink I placed the order at 3: 15 and Josh said it would be ready in a half hour I said great I’ll be there between 3: 45-4.when I got there I added more to the order.well I got home and No Mac & Cheese and No Pot Pie so I called and they said come back they would take care of it.they gave me the 3 Mac & cheese but we looked at receipt and they didn’t charge me for the pot pie so no replacement and of course that was mine and I didn’t bring my purse with me so I didn’t get my food.but they did give me a cake for me having to come back out there I spent $87.74 and didn’t get my food everything and everyone else was happy

They are slow and not very friendly
Had to call 3 times before someone answered and the next visit I called in a order and said I would be there in about 5 minutes and when I arrived they said the just dropped the chicken

This has to be one of the worst KFC’s I’ve been to. The is always to long and they will make you drive around the store if you food is now ready. Most of all to this day I still have not the right order with them. Today it was supposed to be a breast, but instead it’s a wing….

Food is rarely not burnt.maybe try not to over cook every order of fries (jojo's before) and chicken. I rarely do because it's always overcooked. Everytime

Didn't put in spoon-fork with mash potatoes and gravy & chicken meal. Train'm better or is your turn over of employees bad. Food is "good".

Line were short thru drive thru, food was hot, and didnt have to wait to long to get, people was nice, asked of we needed anything else

The workers were great but evidently management is horrible. Went to get food an they were pretty much out of everything that we wanted an to top it off charged are card then told us that they didnt have the items that we wanted. Would not give a refund but offered us a piece of chocolate cake! This is always a issue at the kfc in willard ohio.

They told me it was going to be a 5 minute wait so I waited, they seemed to forget. I drove back around to the window to get my food after wait 12 minutes. No apology or nothing, just here's your food, fries were pretty gross and the chicken was definitely not hot like it was fresh from the fryer!

Food was undercooked I ordered $40.00 worth of food didn't get my biscuits, and the service was terrible. The chicken wasn't fully cooked but when I went back after sitting 35 min the first visit, I tried to address the problem and they wouldn't fix it and swore I got my biscuits. Never will I return.

This KFC can't get an order right, we order buffalo wings and they give us honey barbecue wings and I am allergic to honey, they sell half cooked chicken

Well upon walking in I stood there for 10 minutes without being greeted or looked at. After standing there for a while they handed another guy his food that was standing by me and then after that I was greeted and asked how I could be helped.other then that the foods always good seems maybe not enough people working there alot of the time
