Blonde girl with pink hair who took our drive thru order was so rude and needs an attitude adjustment, had almost no CHICKEN

More times than not, the drive-through employees are very rude. I get the same combo meal, and half the time I get a side the other half, I don't, and they always have a different excuse as to why. They even forgot to put corn in the bowl i get and dont answer the phones. This is the only one near me, and they never give me silverware to eat my meal on my way to work. I'm beyond annoyed and doubt the group I come through with will be going there anymore.

First off they don't answer their phone! Ordered the nuggets, the nuggets are not consistent in size. One was the size of a quarter which they consider as part of the count. Asked for 2 sauces, the KFC sauce and the ranch. They put the ranch in the bag and when asked about the KFC sauce the girl, Heather, said that it was in the box with the chicken. Stupid me, should have checked! Got home the sauce was not in the bag or the box of chicken (which there was no room to even put the sauce in). Also the biscuits were so hard and dried. Wish they would bring in a Popeye's Chicken! Can't even get a hold of customer service on the phone, put on hold for 20 minutes and still listening to what they call music!

Don't go to streetsboro stood in line for 20 some minutes while the dumb lady was on her phone talking to her friend what kind of service is that if I had control over it I fire her on the spot.worthless people get hired to do the easiest jobs they can't even handle it

Dined in, the tables were dirty. The floor was dirty and the chicken was rubbery. Not good at all!

Can't rate food because tried to visit dining room at 645pm (posted close is 9) and they're all locked up

Ordered 3 piece dark, mixed regular and extra Crispy with fries. Checked before I left I checked and I had a Brest and mashed potato’s. I told the girl I wanted dark with fries. She took the box and fixed it (I thought).
Got home and it was all regular and still had mashed potato’s.

I love KFC but it seems like every time I go to this one they are either out of something, they forget something in my order or it takes FOREVER to get my food even when I order online and I've also tried waiting 10 mins after it says my order will be ready. I will say they are very friendly but very unorganized! Go to the one in Cuyahoga falls instead. They really have their act together and is a million times better than this one

KFC use to be my favorite, I don't know why over the years things have changed so drastically with the flavor of everything, The gravy use to be great tasting with black pepper you could clearly see, these days it's just brown gravy, it doesn't even help out those instant spuds, just flavorless, The chicken taste like a barn yard, sad but true. I ordered 3pc strip meal, for children I guess, pieces were so small, might as well been nuggets. Time to move on from this.ive been to this location 2 time in the last few months, the place is never busy anymore yet my orders were improper.i just don't get it.yes and my favorite coleslaw is just awful dry and vinegar tasting, just not the same anymore. Streetsboro needs a Popeyes!

Food Was Hott and Good. Definitely did some upgrades to building and No bad smell anymore. Will be back again. Good Job

This KFC locating has incredible customer service. I always receive exactly what I order with a smile and in a timely manner.

I have always loved KFC but lately, the quality has gone down. Service was fast, but the food was luke warm, fries were almost cold, and the biscuit was hard. The size of the chicken seemed smaller, too.

Had dinner last night there. They are a Skelton crew but did an awesome job. Chicken was fresh and hot. Fries were awesome! Cashier was really nice and friendly; kind of went over board for us, manager even popped in to see if we were ok. Massive improvement. Will be back! FYI, it's very clean inside, too!

This place needs to be closed or run by new staff my food was soggy my fries were cold and over salted my spicy chicken sandwich wasent spicy they barely put any sauce on it this place gets worse and worse every time i order from there this is the last time order till they have new management

I mobile ordered and by the time I got to the restaurant i was in and out of the drivethru in under 5mins.

Loved it! Customer service was amazing and I had some eye candy with a beautifully mustached man

During a difficult time we decided to come to kfc for dinner and we were given a free cake. The service here is excellent and professional. Thank you for your service and the cake boys enjoyed it.

This place is so slay and the hot worker with the mustache and tats served me well and I’d love to return the favor someday The service was quick and the food was really crispy and good and I highly recommend the Sweet Lightning Mountain Dew <333

The chicken was raw and moist. My fries were soggy and little to no salt. I found a piece of "chicken" that seemed like a rat. This only happens in Ohio. I don't get bad service anywhere else.
